Zhuqeelah has been very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process, from me having the intense hearing tests and explaining the results, to buying the hearing aids and showing me how to use them properly with the app. Complex equipment and worth the extra cost to fully understand their functions and get the best out of them. Only used for a week, but great small product and already wishing I had bought them a number of years ago. No friend or family member has noticed me wearing them as yet, which is nice, as I guess it was a big reason of not wanting to buy eariler.

A excellent clinic who we would throughly recommend to anyone looking for hearing advice. We were advised through the whole process from physical examinations, hearing examinations to advise about which hearing devices would be appropriate for my needs. It was taken into consideration the impact of my hearing loss not only to myself but also on my family and a complete picture was built up of how the hearing loss impacts my life.

I've used the Hearing Clinic before and have always been very impressed with the service and staff, from the appointment desk onwards. This latest visit was no exception. The audiologist who dealt with me was very good and clear in explaining what she was doing. Since the earwax has been removed I can hear properly again.

Comprehensive Concise, informative and very friendly

Both my wife and I had struggled for years to find the right hearing solution - the one-size-fits-all approach not seeming to work for us. The Hearing Clinic, with its state-of-the-art equipment and efficient setup, changed that. Their very reasonable fixed-cost system provided excellent value for the comprehensive care we received. The clinic has several qualified clinical audiologists, and Candice Green, a professional audiologist, stood out with her patient and understanding approach. She guided us through every step, adjusting the rehab program to fit our unique needs, (down to canal size!) , and explaining everything clearly. Candice was incredibly sensitive to our preferences, constantly fine-tuning the equipment and technology. The testing was thorough, and she made several attempts to find the perfect solution. Her dedication and care, combined with the clinic’s advanced facilities, transformed our hearing experience and significantly improved our quality of life. We are deeply grateful for the thoughtful and personalised service we received and highly recommend The Hearing Clinic to anyone seeking comprehensive hearing care.

My ongoing needs are completely met, giving me total confidence. As I attend regularly I no longer have to worry about ear infections requiring wax removal and struggling with my GP as I was before attending the Hearing Clinic, and previously receiving inappropriate treatment. Brigitte diagnosed my problem and I have been greatly impressed by her expertise and caring treatment.

During the appointment the audiologist was very good. She even recommended a brilliant child hearing specialist to me as my child is under 5 and most places will not perform hearing tests in children under 5.
They care about their patients and will give good, honest advice and because of this I would recommend them.
