Products are good, sometimes it might arrive within a couple of days, however they will leave you to fear the worst if you still haven't received your order within a week. There is no delivery tracking available, it will just say on your account that your order is "currently completed". No working numbers to call either.. I hope this improves as this business really has great potential and it would be a shame to let mediocre customer Service ruin it.

I placed an order on 28 October and received an email stating the order is being processed, since then I haven't received anything about the order. Tried calling on all phone numbers online, there's no way of contacting them as none of the numbers are working, keep getting a message number unavailable.

Second time visiting this fantastic shop in Rochester, the CBD oil is by far the most pure, cleanest and effective oil we have ever had. Myself and my partner will be Regulars from now on, The customer service is outstanding, Alex goes above and beyond for all of his customers. If you need a top quality CBD oil, or any CBD products, then this is the place to go.

First visit today at the Rochester store, spoke with Alex, who was absolutely fantastic, informative, friendly and welcoming. The information on their products were spot on. The quality of the CBD oils are the best we have had. Top quality, you won’t find better.

I ordered 3 items off this company.
Got an email saying one if my items was out if stock would I like to change it or have a refund f £19.99 back.
I said I’d have a refund.
2 months after placing my order I haven’t received my items or my refund and no one has replied to any of my email I’ve sent.
I’ve sent 3 emails not including the one about wanting my partial refund.
So I’m £50 out of pocket.
Very crap company and no customer service at all.

I’ve bought a few different items from this shop over the last couple of months, and all I have to say is this is one of the best dispensaries I’ve come across! The flower is wonderful, the coffee syrups are delicious (and effective) and the gummies help ease certain pains I experience when it’s not possible to smoke. All the staff I have met in store have been super friendly and helpful, and I would absolutely recommend visiting this shop to anyone!

The CBD miracle balm is great. I've only used it for a couple of days, but I can now sleep through the night without feeling the pain in my knees My knees also feel less stiff when I walk too. This is a like a miracle balm to me and would recommend to anyone with any pains.

Small shop with a big bang!

Service is fantastic and the product are great too. I picked up a 5g pack of rainbow belts (CBD) and a 3.5 of skittles hash (CBD) flavours are 10/10 and work a treat. Very friendly in the shop too, happy to answer any questions that I had and let me smell all the packs to make sure I was happy with my choice. Fantastic!

Best bath bombs and oils I’ve used!

I suffer with severe back pain and arthritis in my wrists The (Relief Balm) Wow let me just say pain what pain after applying on my back and wrists 30 minutes later I had forgotten all about pain it’s mind-blowing, Top quality medicine that I have came across that really does work No Joke it’s magical. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Wife has been using cbd oil and relief balm for well over a year. Makes life bearable and is able to carrying on with day to day activities relatively pain free.
I was a sceptic but now have osteoarthritis in hands hips and back and normally take strong pain killers when l have a severe flare up. I have been using the relief balm and although not a cure, it really helps manage the pain.
Great products, not cheap but well worth the money as a little goes a long way.
Now have a number of friends and family members using these products and all agree the effects are amazing

Often visit the Southampton store. Friendly and knowledgeable people and the products work brilliantly for me.

The doctor prescribed me muscle relaxants and pain killers for very acute neck and shoulder pain caused by an injury. They gave temporary relief. A good friend suggested I try The Herbalist CBD Relief Balm. The result was excellent it relieved the pain and enabled me to get a good nights sleep. I took both the pills and used the balm. I stopped taking the pills and just used the balm it is excellent would highly recommend.

My 10 year old cat began having seizures once every night, and by that time I had researched pharmaceuticals and found out they are basically poisonous symptom suppressors. I looked for a natural alternative and discovered CBD oil. I bought a bottle of pet CBD oil from these folks at the Herbalist and gave her 0.2 milliliters (2nd line on the dropper) by syringe into her mouth and her seizures stopped. She didn't have any more from that 1st dose onwards. A couple of weeks passed and I skipped a day, I did not give her any for 30 hours and she had a massive seizure. I started her back on it on a daily basis and she never had another seizure.

And I now I have a dog, a Jack Russell, who is 16 and she recently started to crabwalk up the stairs and could not jump up on the bed, so I started giving her 0.4 ml (4th line on the dropper) of CBD oil each morning, and by the 2nd day she stopped crabwalking up the stairs and can once again jump up on the bed. After a few weeks I stopped giving her the CBD oil for a couple of days, and she started crabwalking up the stairs and could not jump up on the bed. I started her back on the CBD oil and she stopped crabwalking and can once again jump up on the bed.

LESSON >> If in doubt that it works, stop it and see what happens.

Lesson learned. She will keep getting the CBD oil each morning for the rest of her life. I just put it on some food (raw diet) and she gobbles it up.

The guys at the Herbalist are sincerely friendly and helpful. I've been dealing with them for nearly a year now. The stuff IS pricey, but it is non-toxic. You're not gonna ruin your liver or kidneys nor those of your pets. Pharmaceuticals are notorious for ruining the health of animals. They can stop the symptoms fast, but in doing so, they ruin the poor creature's kidneys & liver. CBD oil is non-toxic. You can't OD on it. As with any remedy, always try the lowest dosages 1st and see how you get on. If you don't get the results you want, double the dose and see what happens. Animals are very sensitive. Less is always best. Find a dose that works and then stick with it.
