To start, I could not pick Express Shipping as the method of shipping when making the order to begin with, the website is really yanky and inconsistent when you try and verify your purchase through authenticated bank apps.

TheHifiCat.com explicitly states that you can swap to Express shipping for added security of a package after already making the order, (they have a quality control window of products for 3 days) and will offer this shipping method to you repeatedly through AI generated E-mails... then they tell you to reply to their offer at the end of them, but they don't consider what you reply to them, they simply ignore your request and move on with their lives.

The support E-mail account doesn't have a single real name or person behind it... meaning it just sends the same repeated message of "As these are high-value items, we'd like to offer you the option of shipping via DHL Express for added security and peace of mind. Could you please let us know if you'd like to proceed with DHL Express, or if you'd prefer to stick with Standard Shipping?"

Contacting them through their own website is also entirely pointless, as they haven't responded in 3 days (All regular workdays)

So yeah, they make it sound like your package will be stolen if you use regular shipping and also ignore you when you try to use different methods.

Regret not only placing an order, but also pre-tipping hoping they'd be competent to deliver based on the Trustpilot score of 4.6 Stars.

Don't buy product from this site. After receiving the payment they do not respond.
It's been 2 week since I paid to them but no order confirmation from there side. Not replying on mails and whatsapp.

I bought a DAC SGD1 which has due the fabrication a non-functional knob. They sent me a brand new one immediately and I replace it and now everything is functioning great! They have impressive audiophile devices. The only problem for me as I saved one year money to buy this DAC (not because is expensive just because I am in a way poor) is they do not offer possibility to buy paying monthly fees as I would like to buy a SONCOZ amplifier from them....but I can not afford to pay all amount once... So they are one of the best in the world!

The hifi cat had what I needed and got it to me quick (fiio retro case for M 21 player ). They communicated immediately when a color choice occurred. (either wait a couple days for blue or take SILVER now) they immediately got the silver one out and it showed up quickly and in good shape. Now I’m rocking retro style! Good job, hifi cat!

I am so glad to find this website, the prices are very reasonable not as other sites, it basically keeps the price quite similar as how it sells in original local stores. Super nice! The only opinion I may have is that the website may consider to have some ear tips as well, but all the other areas are pretty good!

Excellent service and customer response from them although you have to use the chat bot to initiate it but they'll come back to you with tracking ID, If you're ordering from India than it might take 25-28 days to receive the order but you'll receive it and in excellent condition (as per my case). Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
