Priyanka was an absolute gem in assisting the booking of our Far East family holiday that we experienced in June 2024. Her attention to detail and practical suggestions made our trip very memorable and one that we are all keen to revisit again.
The hotels in Singapore ( The Clan) Koh Samui (Ozo) and Bali ( Double 6) were superb - great family rooms and 5 star service . Priyanka kept in touch throughout our trip ensuring we had arrived at our destinations without any problems . Thank you for the cake and birthday surprises for our daughter’s 16th birthday as well and the suggestions on what to do at the different locations .

We couldn’t have organised a trip like this ourselves and having Priyanka sort and source locations , flights and hotels was something that we will do again and would certainly recommend . Thank you from us all Priyanka.

Having always organised family holiday myself, with little input or assistance from others, I approached Gemma to help me find something a bit different when we decided to vary the type of holiday we were taking. Not only did she come up with some great options for us, she also made a very speedy amendment for us when plans changed.

Every year I spend weeks searching online for the perfect family holiday. There’s always too much choice and I can never decide where to go. This year I handed over the burden to Juliet. I gave her a list of our requirements and within a short space of time Juliet came up with several options to pick from.
Going on holiday with young adult children we opted for the all inclusive option, the Atlantica imperial resort in Rhodes. Juliet had included everything we asked and in particular 2 rooms for 5 of us with proper beds not sofa beds and extra leg room on the flights.
The hotel Juliet picked was perfect, the staff worked hard to ensure you had everything you needed and the food was amazing, in fact on a day out we all wanted to get back in time for dinner rather than eat out.
Having someone to do all the research for you in finding your perfect holiday is worth its weight in gold and I’m looking forward to seeing what Juliet comes up with for next year!

Michelle booked me a last minute break, and was brilliant at sorting out a hotel deal and keeping me informed throughout. It was great to be able to just talk to her about what I wanted and she arranged it all. I'll definitely be using her again to organise other breaks. Thank you.

Gemma has been amazing, she listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered a great service from beginning to end. There weren’t many questions as she her quote covered everything but the few questions we had she got straight back to us with solutions and highly recommend her. Would give more stars if possible.

We have just returned from an amazing girls trip to Bali! Gemma did a fantastic jobs helping us find hotels that filled the brief, sorted our flights and transfers and everything ran like clockwork. Charlotte did a great job in finding me a wonderful villa holiday on a Greek island , sorting out the flights, villa booking and car rental within my specified budget. Good flight times, lovely villa and beautiful little island (Skiathos) with pretty beaches and lively night life. Came back fully refreshed! I would highly recommend Charlotte and will plan to use her services again in the future!

Becky's instincts on what would suit our family needs were spot on - the first package holiday she found was the one we went with, but just to be sure she did lots of research of other places and options just so we could make our own judgement (I'm terrible with decisions!). It helped us massively. She was so fast too and took the hassle out of everything for us. We are already asking Becky to help us with our next, bigger family holiday to the Caribbean as we know she'll find us the best deal. Thank you so much for helping arrange our amazing holiday.

We have booked many holidays through Becky the holiday fixer. She has always taken into account our holiday must have requests such as reasonable flight times, location of resort close to arrival airport, a room that has sun in the morning and value for money. We have never been disappointed as Becky has found us everything we have asked for. I would highly recommend Becky to everyone. Charlotte was extremely helpful in searching and identifying places that suited our needs. We ended up in a lovely hotel in Tenerife which was perfect! Charlotte spoke to the hotel prior to our visit and ensured the room we had was on the top floor reducing any noise which was a nice touch. Would highly recommend Charlotte she was excellent!!

Anita, organised a 5* luxury 5 day break for myself & my sister in January 2024!
We were craving a luxury all inclusive deal in the Gulf, to start the New Year.

Anita’s service was warm, friendly, professional & she went way beyond with all the finer details.

From organising and negotiating a great package, resort, private transfers to check ins, we felt totally at ease & pampered even before the holiday started.

The resort was incredible, food was just Divine & their customer service was a stellar middle eastern hospitality.

Josie was amazing when helping me book my holiday. She found the best hotel and location with all the information I had provided. No question was too much and Josie replied quickly with everything I needed to know. Josie also advised me of trips in the area and she would also book them if I wanted to go. Amazing service that took the stress out of planning a holiday. Josie even checked in on us during our holiday to make sure everything was ok. Our holiday was just what we asked for and I will be using Josie again for our next holiday in August. Great service!

Wow! Such an amazing and easy way to book a dream holiday! Jo Curtis was exceptional and kept me updated through every step of the booking. She went above and beyond and took all the stress out of what hotel, what location etc! I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family and can’t thank her enough for getting us the best hotel within our budget that met all the needs of my family.
