Easy to use and good value

I liked that the services were well set out, easily understandable, affordable and without some hidden costs I've found elsewhere. I wanted to design my own site but know that if I got stuck there would be someone I could turn to for help. I also found them to be very helpful and prompt dealing with queries or issues in the early stages of familiarisation - very pleased to have come across them, and I subsequently found they're actually based quite close to where I live!

Hosting Heroes are prompt and professional. They really do go the extra mile for us clients. Steven in particular is courteous, and has helped me so much. Thank you!

I needed emojis when refreshing my website. I could use some older 4 character emojis but not the 5 character newer one.

Paul J used "the phpMyAdmin option in the control panel and used the Operations tab to get the collation changed". I have no idea what that means but am delighted that I can now use the emojis that I need. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Hosting Heroes technical support were as effecient as ever and reponded very quickly.

They're the best hosting company I have every worked with in a 20yr career. Tech support is fast, responsive and fairly priced. I recommend to all of my clients knowing their sites are in safe hands.

I’ve been using the Hosting Heroes for around 15 years now, and I have to say that in all that time I have never had a problem, no outage, just no problems at all.
Reasonably priced, great service, and no problems, what more could you ask for.

It never ceases to amaze me how the team are always on hand to either guide you to sorting the problem out yourself, or willing to do it for you. I always ask for direction if I have a problem - it's the only way to learn, but i have to admit, they are always willing to sort it if you give them the required information.

I've used Hosting Heroes for a number of years to host my Virtual Private Server. They've always been helpful and I have no plans to go elsewhere.
