Great support and turnaround times on complex overlapping issues, some of which were out of scope for THH but their team stepped up and got everything back to working again very quickly

I find the staff of Hosting Heroes ever patient, courteous and prompt in responding. And of course, with a genuine desire to resolve problematic issues, which they ultimately do.

My email was not working and my IT Director was out of town and unreachable. I must also add that I am not computer savvy and did not think I would be able to get my emails. Spoke to Paul J about a technical issue relating to something I was unable to resolve and he helped sort it with no fuss, provides useful information and resolved the issue and another I was unaware I had until we got into the weeds of the problem. Great customer service and support. I highly recomend them and have moved all my domains to them now.
