Pete did the snagging inspection on my new house and the service was amazing. The report he produced was extremely detailed and very helpful. I couldn't have spotted most of the snags which Pete did. He has a huge amount of experience with house builds and he picks up every small detail as he works his way round the property. If buying a newbuild property, an independent snagging inspection is a must and money well spent. Pete is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend his service to anyone buying a newly built property.

We asked Pete to snag our three bed home and his service was simply faultless. A really great guy; turned up when he said he would with great communication beforehand, and the service was brilliant. Pete has an eye for detail and found so many snags we would never have found. His report was turned around on the same day and thoroughly outlined exactly what the issue was and what the builders needed to do to put it right.
