I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I returned a pair of shoes after only trying them on indoors to check the fit. The shoes were not worn outside and show no significant signs of wear, except that I rethreaded the laces to see if they would fit better.
Despite this, the company refused to accept the return and denied my refund, claiming the shoes were “used,” which I feel is unfair and misleading. Their return policy states that items can be tried on indoors, so I followed the rules exactly.
Additionally, the communication throughout this process was extremely slow and cumbersome, making the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you want a fair return process and responsive customer service.

This company sent the wrong sized shoes. To make it worse they had tried to remove the size of the shoes. I could only very faintly read the number on one shoe as a 42 rather than a 43. I have tried to reach out to them on their contact form, Instagram messages and have commented on their posts. So far they have ignored me. To use their return service will cost €29 vs the €9 they charge you for shipping. A total con.
