I placed an order around January 1, 2024. I ordered an NFL hoodie after I ordered it, I did some research and didn't trust this company. I got nervous thinking I won't get my package thankfully I paid through PayPal and I opened a dispute thankfully they refunded my money. Customer Service from the store emailed me and said they were disappointed that I filed a dispute through PayPal and asked me to close it. I never closed it. Once I got the hoodie, it was too small. It didn't match up to their size chart. So I emailed this company and explained to them. They told me I could just keep the hoodie and they would make me another one in a larger size and they never offered a refund. At first, I asked to exchange it. Anyway, they said they would make me a larger size, but I had to pay some kind of charge which only ended up being a little over $17. I still didn't trust them, but I paid the money because the hoodie that they sent me was actually quite nice. I loved it. They sent me a link to place a second order on January 21 I had to reopen my case with PayPal and got my money refunded. After Paypal sent them a message they sent me a link for tracking. It's a tracking company called Yanwen. I never heard of it before, but they're tracking stinks. I can't understand it. I check the hot store every day and finally it said that my order was completed and then they put the same tracking number on my order that they gave me in the email. As I said that was January 21 here it is February 14 and I have no idea if they actually Made me another hoodie. I don't know if it has shipped or if they still have it or if it even exists. Do yourself affair don't waste your time with this company. I sent them over 20 emails and they said when they finally replied that they were on holiday and they would immediately give me a tracking number the next day which never happened until Paypal contacted them about a week later. While this is all going on I Was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They have no record of them. Did not surprise me. As the previous emails have said they have a phone number but all you get as busy signal know what time of day you call so it is nonexistent. Customer Service never answers your emails and if they do, it's Far and few between! It's super frustrating and they are definitely a fraudulent and rip off company. Do not order from them! You'll be lucky to get your item or a refund if you don't get it!

The sent the wrong item. Tried to tell me the "Hoodie" is a generic term for sweatshirt. took 2 months to get it, and the neck hole is so small, my grandson can't get his head thru it. Very disappointing.

This website tells you what you want to hear but definitely does not back it up. Ordered a xmas gift. The site said it would arrive by then but it did not. Had to go out xmas eve to purchase something else. Requested tracking that did not work. Requested return info that hasn't been provided. Was told to order replacement for additional fees but item i ordered no longer available. Now, my correspondence have been ignored. Terrible site/company. Don't get suckered by this website

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be my choice. I ordered a sweatshirt on December 11th. The wrong item was shipped. It is now January 19th and I still haven’t received the correct item. I contacted support@ December 28th (shortly after the wrong item was received) and was told I would be shipped the correct item for free…ok great. On January 9th I was told it was in production, how long can it possibly take to produce one sweatshirt?! I then asked for a refund and it’s been crickets since then-no response. I feel like I’ve got the runaround through this entire process. Mind you I have been the one to reach out for any updates every single time. Even more disappointing as this was supposed to be a Christmas present. All I want now is my money back, doubtful I will receive that as well. Horrible experience! Wish I would have looked at the reviews first!!!

Ordered a sweatshirt on Christmas Day for a birthday present in mid January. It is now January 10th and still nothing. I have emailed them asking for a tracking number and all they give me is an order # and they tell me the last three times I emailed that they are on back order due to the amount of sales they have had. Cancling my order and contacting paypal for a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website.

Do not order from this store. I ordered and got something totally different from the description.

Rating is null and void. I would give this store a -100 as I ordered an NFL hoodie, payment processed through PayPal instantly. No email stating anything in regards to my order other than the PayPal receipt. Tried calling, busy signal, sent email directly to the store email listed on the site, no response. Should have done my homework as I forget their are so many dishonest people in this world. Do not buy from this company!!!! It is fraudulent!!!

Ordered a swratshirt for my Grandson fo christmas on Nov 24,2024. It is Jan 1st and it still isnt here. After I placed the order, Ireceived an email that my order was being processed but never heard anything until I requested an update on Dec 16th. They appologized and said they were busy and provided me a tracking number. The tracking showed it was being processed in China. From now on Im doing more research on my purchases and never ordering from other than known vendors on line!!!

Dec 5, 2024 I've placed 2 separate orders and only recieved one order on dec 27,2024. I've emailed them several times and they claiming that its been shipped using the tracking # from the first order. My 2nd order still showing processing and still haven't gotten my item. I had to pick a star rating in-order to write and review but, if I had a choice...-00000 stars. The phone# is from Missouri. They are no longer responding to my emails. Dont order from them..very very unprofessional.

Ordered item on Dec 1 from “thehutstore”. Business info indicates it is headquartered in South Carolina, so I thought I was buying American, but after purchasing the item found out it was made and shipped from China. Website guaranteed delivery by Christmas Day. Today it is Dec 27 and item has still not arrived. Lackluster communications from “Otis A. Hylton” have accomplished nothing. Won’t be surprised if item (when and if it finally arrives) isn’t what was advertised on website. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and steer clear of this company. Hopefully their website will be shut down and they are out of business soon. as no American consumer deserves un-American business practices.

Scam and they respond to Paypal to prolong claim process. Imagine they have just been trying to delay shutdown. Then finally stopped responding after they said in my dispute that my product had already shipped then they emailed me a full refund would be sent. No refund just a giant scam and the website links no longer work

Phone number on website is disconnected! Social Media links to nonexistent accounts! Packages never ship! Only response is via email saying package is on its way with a tracking link to nothing!

Placed my order on the 14th of Nov just got it as advertised did send messages about the order got some feedback but it took days for a response. I was scared that it was a scam because of the wait it's not coming from SC it's from overseas somewhere. So a little over a month isn't bad quality is good. Hopefully everyone else has the same experience

Same experience as everyone else here. Placed order Nov 23 and still just says processing. Filed a claim with paypal for refund. Really wish i had seen these before placing my order. I had a feeling it was too good to be true but i stupidly ignored my gut feeling and ordered anyhow. Now just hoping to hear back from paypal and get refunded so i can look to order elsewhere.

Never received order or any tracking information. They did not respond to multiple emails. Phone number is not valid.

$60 for a hoodie, email saying that they got my order and is processing, and nothing since.

Just like everyone else's experience - I ordered 11/26/24 and got a confirmation receipt right away - nothing since. They took the money, they don't reply to email, the phone is a constant busy signalno matter what day or time you call. They say that have chat service during their business hours, no such service exists. And lastly, they have "doctored" their Trust Pilot review on their web site to show 5 stars when obviously that isn't the case. TOTAL THIEVES, FRAUDSTERS & CRIMINALS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Don't even want to give 1 star wish I seen this before I placed my order cuz I was skeptical of the website in the beginning and looks like I was right smh ordered Nocember 30th still processing, numbers always busy no response to emails. Have any of you got ur money back?

ORDER PLACED NOV 23RD; MONEY PULLED FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELLY. EMAIL CONFIRMATION RCVD AND THEN NOTHING AT ALL. SIMPLY INDICATED ORDER PROCESSING, NO WAY TO REACH THEM, PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY OR RINGS ONCE THEN DISCONNECTED.
