Scam! I ordered 11/19/24, then emailed 12/3/24 asking for an update. On 12/6/24 I received a response from someone who clearly doesn’t have English as a first language, with past and future tenses mixed into the same sentence, giving a false DHL tracking number.

Would give a ZERO review. Phone number doesn't work. They will not contact me back. Did a Google search of their phone number comes back as them actually having several stores one even located in HONG KONG!! BEWARE!!! FRAUDS (UPDATE! not got my money back!!!! Had to cancel my card immediately and get issued a new one. Could take up to 30 days+ to get a refund simply because they have to make sure I do not receive the item but I did turn it into the fraud department and everyone else is advised as well so your financial institution can look into it)

Ordered a Xmas sweater in November. Its been almost a month since. One email right after I ordered saying it was being processed then no communication. Says I could reply to the email, got no response. Tried calling the number they list on the site, line is disconnected. Finally just sent them a message telling them to cancel it, no reply from that.

I would give them a zero if I could. The web site says they have a five star rating through trustpilot yet there are no reviews. Sent emails and calls no response. Stay away from them
