Two payments for same item, no refund and no item. Same as everybody else

well if u don't believe the reviews then know that this one is true.I ordered a light for a Christmas gift to myself Dec 2. When I finished paying I realized it said for 2! I only put one but I said, whatever because I will just regift the second one for Christmas. Well a week later my childhood friend in the USA sent me 2 Christmas cd'CD's he made and they arrived after 2 weeks to here in Norway. Which got me thinking about the light that never showed up. So I check the order confirmation email I got. Sure enough the web site no longer worked and the customer service email all of a sudden had and error. I'm not mad justglad I know now and able to warn everyone else.

SCAM SCAM SCAM WATCH OUT THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE OF THE REAL THING USING FACEBOOK SPONCERED ADS TO GET YOU THEY HIT YOU TWICE WITH A CHARGE THEN USE YOUR CARD INFO TO GET MORE MONEY OUT YOUR ACCOUNT UNDER THE TERM SERVICES THIS IS A SCAM

This is the email I received after waiting almost a month for a tracking number - I emailed asking for a tracking number.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !

I ordered on Facebook and was also ripped off, do not buy from them they are a scam they won’t send you your item or give any refund I have taken the matter up with my credit card company

I ordered projector from hype-lights.com they charged me for 2 projectors and didn't gave refund when I asked. This scam website is advertising on facebook and looks like original one, so be carefull.

SCAM COMPANY ! They charge you double and don't want to refund.
I'm waiting for tracking number for 9 days and still nothing!

Still nothing. No money back,no items and no contact even via e-mail because seller just blocked me.

Disgusting company!! Don’t order from here! I brought a light off here for my son for Christmas and you took two payments out for the same item. You haven’t even got a contact number or let us know how we can track our order disgusting I hope your site gets shut down.. massive scam!!!! And all the good reviews are deffo fake Aswell.

I also got charged for two sets of lights despite only ordering one no response to emails avoid

Buy 2 projectors, and they wont refund!

Scam, clicked on form and you end up getting 2 order forms.
Be contacting bank when reopen after Xmas. Read over reviews, very suspicious similar language through most good reviews, could be a coincidence but have a hunch there fabricated.
Also no tracking number, goes through shop app, but no tracking numbers.

Ordered hypelights on December 2, unable to track for 10 days. Blamed it on covid. No idea where my package is or if it actually exists. Customer service provides no information. Do not purchase!!!

Scam site and fake reviews. Just check the massive positive reviews, all on the same day, 10 December and 20 August. All the other honest reviews are negative. Stay away.

I saw the sponsored ad on Instagram and ordered 1, once I gave my credit card details to complete the order it took me to another page adding another 1 it didn't give any option to refuse the other one there was only a option to complete the order. Once I paid I received 2 separate emails for 2 orders charging my card twice.
I emailed them right away and told them to refund my card on the order I did not authorise. instead of acting like a reputable company and refunding one of the orders they just said " our website said you ordered two, we can't refund you and you should be more careful in future! " with the actual exclamation mark.
Disgusting behavior. I dont recommend anybody give their credit card details to this company as they are clearly not trustworthy!

Placed an order online. Bo updates for over 2 weeks. Asked for a refund. Was advised I cannot receive a refund. Do not but from this company

I ordered one hyper light on December 9th for a Christmas present for my son, but because of a delay after hitting the order button I hit it again an ordered two sets by mistake. I contacted hyperlights when I ordered and told them I only wanted one but was told it was too late and that I would not be able to cancel one of them!!!! I haven’t received my hyper light yet and it’s December 18th. I sent an email asking when it will arrive and was told after Christmas!!! I sent another email explaining I ordered it on dec 9th for a Christmas present and when ordered it told me it would be in time for Christmas.i asked them to please send in time for Christmas and hot an email back saying it won’t be delivered until after Christmas. Don’t trust this company.

frankly speaking i loved your lights hype lights, i ordered before and im ordering again, your services are the better of the best and the support are so friendly and i recieved my lights early.

It is quite impressive what is achieved with this projector. Incredible lighting effects are achieved. We really feel like we are navigating through space. It is an unforgettable experience.

Hype Lights is a good product, of high quality and resistance, I like all its functions and it is practical to use, the whole purchase process was fast, the customer service is a very efficient team, thank you
