The food was horrible and when I asked for a replacement they said "ok fine" and still made me pay for both. The staff was really rude and gave me a lot of a attitude. When I asked for salt and pepper they gave me a broken plastic box with packets inside.
This was a very bad experience NEVER again

Absolutely insane food. So many options it was impossible to choose. We had a mixture of the breakfast options and desserts as well as coffees and BubbleGum Whippy ice cream - everything was incredible.
Will definitely be returning!

It has been over a week since I have made an order, says 3-4 days.
I have emailed and no reply.
On the shop app is no update and their website no says be back soon.
If purchase doesn't come this week, will have to call this as fraud.
Won't use again and will watch where I buy from.

I was really looking forward to receiving my box of chocolates. I have had a self selection box before and thoroughly enjoyed it. As the supply was limited, with the place shutting over the summer, i choose the sugar free collection.
The delivery was quoted at 3-4 days. After a week, I replied to a request for feedback with the information that I had not yet received the chocolates. I had an apology and was informed they would be sent again. I did receive the chocolates after another 5 days. You may need to look into alternate delivery methods!
The chocolates themselves were nice but to be honest, for the price, I expect more than nice. The chocolate was good but the fillings were rather bland. I certainly was not as excited to eat them as the previous selection.

The chocolates were great the delivery was really bad wont order again .

Order not dispatched 2 weeks after placing, company not answering emails, con...having to escalate through credit card...be very wary and avoid

Still waiting for my order 5 days after expected delivery! Emailed the indulgence who said it's not their fault but the delivery people they use (Evri) not very helpful at all. No off to replace no offer to chase the delivery. I'm £25 down and no chocolates for a special occasion! Will not be ordering again as awful customer service and no respect

I love that i can choose my own chocolates, always get a very quick response whenever i get intouched.any problems are solved straight away.

I have bought these chocolates before and loved them however this time I bought a box of Caramel Chaos but what I received was far removed from the chocolates stated and pictured. Most were totally different, not in the description and a lot of dark chocolate and nuts. I understand a substitution but there were 4 of some chocolates so less choice.
I sent pictures to the company but have not had a reply.

We are being asked to review an order that has still not arrived. on 5th June.

I absolutely love your chocolates, such a massive selection of tastes and they're so pretty too! My daughter isn't hugely into chocolates but she adores yours!
I also really rate the communication of your company, you got back to me very quickly when I had a question and it was resolved promptly.
