Most straightforward return of online purchase ever.
I made an error in my colour choice and had to make a return which was very straightforward. Straightforward with accessing returns procedure. No quibble, no complication with the free returns process. I received a full refund immediately, including return of my original postage payment which not many online Sellers do.

I haven't received the order
I haven't received the order. I contacted them and was told it is Royal Mail who have a back log. But I have received at least 7 parcels by post since the 24th June2026 which is when I had confirmation of my order.

Parcel delivered very quickly
Parcel delivered very quickly. When I opened it and looked at the balls i was a bit
disappointed. However once i started knitting it up i could see how great the yarn is. Its soft and easy to knit. My cardigan is going to be beautiful. I bought soft stitch stonewash chunky in pebble.
