I emailed Koi Pool last week and the week before, I wanted to know if they had a Aqua One Focus 36 Aquarium in stock for me to purchase, they could not be bothered to reply to my email. I can only assume if they can't be bothered to reply for a sale then the chances of getting a response to a problem is remote to say the least. I will not be using Koi Pool now or in the future.
I have kept Koi for over 20 years and recently we had a fish kill, we waited a year or so before looking for new fish, the recession had removed a few of our more local suppliers, we found the Koi Pool Co online.
After just one visit we were convinced that we would replace most if not all of our fish from this Co, the quality of the fish & types and colours are brilliant.
Chris Buckley who we mainly deal with is a very patient and knowledgeable
guy, we have excellent service here and we will continue to replace our Koi & pond equipment from the Koi Pool
