My first contact was with Stefan who was excellent. Explained everything very clearly and when I had a query after completion was very helpful, patient and knowledgable.
The whole process from the first phone call from Stefan to completion was 4 weeks and I was kept informed re the progress from start to finish

Everything went very smoothly and the deal was completed in a much shorter time than I expected. There were no significant problems.
The one thing I think they could do better would be to use emails rather than SMS; I say this because I don't always look at SMS posts very soon after they arrive.
