After having been TOTALLY conned by a company called Legacy Wills into setting up a trust, which prevented me from Equity Release, I was somewhat apprehensive about trying again. However, I am so completely pleased with the outcome from Later Life.
Things have progressed so smoothly and seamlessly, the whole process has been completed at least two months sooner than I expected, the disaster with Legacy has been completely sorted and I many thousands of pounds better off.

Communication from the lender to the client was poor, only found out the offer was less than expected or discussed based on a undervalue from the estate agent.

Excellent communication at the start but…
The communication was excellent from the start but we did have approx £1000 more in fees than initially told and differed also from what was laid out in the Later Life Club equity report.
