The Leather City Co. is so amazing. What a great customer service. They are trustworthy and dependable. I purchased a faux leather jacket for my brother and immediately they communicated with me about measurements. You seldom find a company who really cares about what you order. The jacket was of good quality too. My brother Noel was so happy to wear this. I highly recommend this business establishment.

Bought my son a yellow Cyber Punk leather coat. It was too be his Christmas gift
WELL he loved the jacket, just one problem. It was way too small
Contacted leather city. They immediately responded. Sent a email showing how to measure my son for a perfect fit
They got the measurements and now he has one on the way.
It’s January now in East Texas. Today’s temp was 80f. That’s unheard of for this time
Maybe it will cool down so he can use it

I ordered the Tim Allen Santa suit in October. The next day I received an email from them requesting my specific measurements, I was not in a rush for the suit so I went with the 20 day option. I reached out to them after 25 days, they were still working on the suit but they were able to send it out and I received it a few days! One note, they do not send it with a hat at the time of this order, they are working to add that.

Thank you so much. I admit I was thinking worried I wasn't going to receive it in time for a convention, but that's my fault, but they did an outstanding job. Customer service were really helpful and got the jacket sent out to fast delivery. Very happy will order again.

My order was placed and I waited for a shipping confirmation. Once a week went by and nothing I reached out and they said within 24hrs I'd get a tracking#. Another few days went by and NOTHING. Reached out and again and they came up with vague excuses. Weeks of waiting and No Jacket ever shipped.. Very disappointed!!

This company did a great job making and amazing Santa Jacket. It is well made and super warm and comfy. I had an event come up that I needed the jacket for. They made sure it was to me in enough time. I will be purchasing another one soon as a back up for future events.

I recently ordered a replica of the suit Tim Allen used in The Clauses. The material is excellent, and the suit looked fabulous. It fit better than suits I bought elsewhere. I love it.

Stunning very high quality suede leather jacket I just can’t rave about it enough. Affordability and exceptional customer service, almost immediate service inquiries to verify that I ordered the correct size, which is a perfect fit. I loved the turquoise suede fringed coat that Reba McIntire wore on The Voice and ordered it October 8th received it October 31st. It is absolutely gorgeous.

This is an excellent company, for leather clothing. The products offered are well made and good quality leather. Their communication, with the customer is excellent as they will do follow up contact , for additional sizing information to assure a good fit.
Their customer service is also excellent and exceptionally responsive to any problems. In my case, I was surprised by an unexpected additional import charge, from the shipper, of my item. I contacted TLC by email and immediately received a response assuring me they would reimburse me. I paid the charge, provided the receipt to TLC, and immediately received a reimbursement to my credit card. Great company, and obviously great people providing excellent products and service.

I bought a Samurai Pleather jacket from these guys because I wanted to dress up as V on Halloween. I'd been searching for a new jacket for a while and thought I'd hit two birds with one stone. When I ordered it I was a bit dubious about the quality, but the company emailed me to make sure I'd ordered the right size and material, and notified me every step of the way for transit. It arrived super quickly and I'm actually shocked by the quality of it. It's warm, thick and the removable fabric bits make it better (so you can have it as just a leather jacket or look like you're wearing another jacket underneath to give a layering affect) and the patches have stayed put. I've worn it every day since it arrived, rolled the sleeves up, walked into things and it's still in pefect condition. I've had so many compliments and it's even got inner pockets to keep your things safe. I cannot recommend this site more and was glad I randomly stumbled across it. They're quick to reply to emails if you ever have any questions or concerns and go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you so much for my amazing jacket, it was worth every single penny!

I purchase a long coat (Blade Runner 2049 K Officer) in real leather, and i’ve written several times with TLC customer service. The staff is very attentive and kind and offer me good advice about size and material.
Finally, I received the exact product of description in good material (real leather) Even before expected date! I’m very satisfied of this experience.
I recommend TLC without hésitation for their quality of product and availability.

This costume was exactly what I was looking for which was a nice, quality and well fitting tailored costume. The materials are very high quality and the custom tailored size fits perfectly. It looks so much better than those sloppy I'll fitting cheap costumes and it really didn't cost that much more. I was fine paying a little more to get a costume that's literally like 1000 times better. And they gave you text updates on the custom build and when it was getting shipped out so you weren't just left in the dark. Overall I'm extremely happy with the company and the product.
