Good shopping experience and easy returns process

Overall a good shopping experience on The Leisure Warehouse website. The site was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Unfortunately the goods we received weren't suitable for our needs so we needed to return them, but I'm pleased to say the returns process was handled very smoothly and without any hassle. Good communication throughout and the return was dealt with efficiently. Would be happy to shop here again.

I ordered 4 locks they only sent 3 I emailed the company and they haven't bothered to answer me so really I wouldn't have given them 1 star but you don't have the option for no stars

I can see your refund for the missing item on this order was processed 48 hours after your email. It can take 3-5 working days to appear back on the payment method. The system should have sent you an email but there's a sometimes go to junk.

Cycle rack

Only one purchase but as you are so near and I have a Motorhome makes sense to use you . The cycle carrier was delivered personally to my doo thank you
