I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first time ordering plants online, but my plants arrived today in perfect condition, extremely well packaged and with really helpful care instructions. The pots they arrived in are also wonderful. I will certainly be buying more plants from this company and would recommend them highly.

Quick delivery the plants look lovely, bought the shelf bundle and little book for plant parents as first time I’ve tried to look after anything other than myself. They were incredibly well packaged. As I know often it can be chaos unboxing plants. Will absolutely order again from the little botanical.

Ordered a plant bundle which arrived well packaged. The plants and pots looked great. I did have a couple of issues with some of the plants, however, both issues have been resolved with no hassle at all by Julie. She has been great to deal with on both occasions. Thanks!

From ordering to delivery, the whole process has been wonderful. Customer service was very prompt & being able to give delivery instructions to the delivery company at short notice was very helpful. My husbands cousin was moved to tears on receipt of this gift in memory of her mam. Thank you very much.

Ordered several times from The Little Botanical and have been really happy with the quality of plants/pots and the presentation. Postage times are accurate and the greetings cards are hand written which is a nice touch when sending plants to other people.

Placed my order yesterday morning for standard delivery on an personalised gift and it arrived this afternoon. Looks beautiful, excellent service all round, will definitely order again.

I received 3 plants. 2 were fine - the third was already wilted and part of one of the leaves had come off. However what was most disappointing was the lack of any genuine response from The Little Botanical when I raised it. THey showed a complete lack of interest and said it was meant to be like that.

My Dracena Plant looked okay when I received it, the leaves were slight wilted but a week later it seemed to dry out even though I followed the care instructions. I reached out to customer services for advice, but it took a week for them to get back to me meaning the plant’s condition deteriorated. Not very satisfied.

1st time plant buyer, unsure what to get I went with the pet friendly budle and I am absolutely made up. 3 great plants and 3 lovely pots to go with them. :)

Beautiful jungle orchid and arrived quickly and in good condition. My only reason for giving a 4 not a 5 is all the photos were pinks/purples which is what I was expecting to brighten up a room and I’ve been sent white!

Initially ordered 4 cactus and only received 1. When emailed their CS to ask for the missing 3, CS finally replied after 3 days and explained it was due to Valentine’s Day’s that their small business couldn’t get on time to immediately reply, but managed to send me back as a next day delivery as well as adding in a small plant as compensation gift which is sweet… therefore would still like to give them back a 4-stars rating, as long as you need to have a small business expectation.

Lovely business. I ordered some indoor plants and through no fault of The Little Botanical, DPD left the plants outside in freezing weather meaning all the plants arrived in poor condition. I contacted The Little Botanical, received a reply within 1 working day and I received replacement plants a few days later. The plants arrived perfect and I am over the moon with the products and the service. I will be ordering again soon.
