Had an issue with the plant size that was delivered but the issue was subsequently promptly resolved by customer services. Happy with the plants and service so would purchase again and recommend to other buyers as the quality of the plants is nice.

Super speedy delivery and the jungle orchid I ordered for my Mam’s 80th Birthday is absolutely beautiful. The pot that came with it is also very in keeping and classy. Great customer service. Sadly my chosen plant was out of stock but I was contacted quickly to see if I wanted to wait or select a replacement. Plant was then delivered quickly, in 48 hours.

Wow, ordered a gift for a colleague and now I want one myself! Great communication from the office, dispatched really quickly, delivered in a really secure box with lots of packaging to minimise damage and the product is great. Really impressed!

I sent an orchid as a present from the USA and did everything online. The delivery was on time, as promised, and I was informed of each step along the process. The flowers were in full bloom and the recipient was very happy with the present! I would definitely use this service again.
