I didn’t want to have to put a review…

I didn’t want to have to put a review up but getting no reply.

I ordered for Mother’s Day a sign, first of all my ordered I ordered weren’t the correct one.
Becky did then put mine onto the next load to be done and sent out the next day. But then I had my order turn up damaged. Split in half. There is no way I can wood glue it and why should I have too?? When spending 40+ on a sign. Now I’m getting no reply from the email I have sent back in march and then again in may. This was a Mother’s Day gift and I couldn’t gift it to my mum because it was broken.

Excellent Product

Bought a personalised sign for my home. Delivery was fairly quick and product is great quality. Only downside is it could have done with having hangers on the back for the wall.

Belt holders look nice however little details such as hanging holes for the wall and belt holding straps would be good when spending over £50 on them

Just to clarify, the product description does note that wall fixtures and belt ties are not included, as many customers prefer to use their own fixing method (some choose cable ties, others ribbon depending on preference).

We aim to keep our products affordable, and these were purchased during a promotion at £18 each - something we feel offers great value.

We were also happy to upgrade your delivery from standard to next-day at no extra cost to yourself, so they arrived in time for your son’s grading - we hope it was a special day.

Another fantastic bespoke sign!

Well I’ve just received my new bespoke sign and once again the quality of it is fantastic.
Too blessed to be stressed!
I absolutely love everyone of my bespoke signs that i have received and the customer service on each one has been outstanding with my requests answered each time with prompt replies and help to make my signs just perfect!
Thank You once again for another lovely sign that makes us smile each time we go out to work as our waiter in India kindly told us we are indeed too blessed to be stressed!

Extremely pleased with our new family…

Extremely pleased with our new family sun. Particularly as I asked for the option of a small symbol change to the standard that was important to us as a family, and this was done no questions asked. Thank you! It looks lovely ☺️

All of our wooden signs are handmade and personalised to order in our small family workshop, which means each piece is individually created rather than mass-produced. For £12.62, this covers the materials, design, personalisation, production, and packaging of a bespoke item made specifically for you.
That said, we always want our customers to be happy with what they receive, and I’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand what part of the sign you felt wasn’t great quality. INCREDIBLE QUALITY!!!!

I ordered my son a martial arts belt display rack for Christmas with personalisation and it’s absolutely stunning! Exactly what I wanted and delivery was fast with excellent customer service. No more untidy belts everywhere! Perfect gift idea! I have ordered from this company before and always so pleased. The quality and love that goes into each item is outstanding! And I love that it’s a small family run business too! Will always order my personalised items from here!

We have bought from The Little Red Hut…

We have bought from The Little Red Hut for a couple of years, generally because we love the homemade and super artisan feel to the products. We have two in our home and have sent multiple gifts to friends, all of which, unlike flowers, arrive perfect! The compliments on ours and our gifts are great, but most importantly, they look amazing! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

paid for a item 31/10/25 i did put the incorrect postcode but the correct address i informed them of this straight away never received the item never got a refund now the company has blocked me after I posted a comment on the Facebook page saying I wanted my item or my money back rude not helpful at all I wish I would of looked at reviews before ordering seems they have done this to a few people

We would like to clarify what happened for transparency.
Your order was dispatched in October using the delivery details provided at checkout. After dispatch, you contacted us to advise the address was incorrect. Unfortunately, once a parcel is in transit, we’re unable to change the address within the courier’s system. We advised attempting a local parcel shop redirection, which was also unsuccessful.
The courier later marked the parcel as “return to sender” due to the incorrect or incomplete address. However, despite waiting several weeks, the parcel was never returned to us.
As a goodwill gesture, we offered to remake the personalised item at a heavily discounted rate of the original price, as the original order was sent using the address details provided. This offer remained open into the New Year but was declined.
Regarding social media, comments were moderated and accounts were blocked after abusive and repeated posts were made across our platforms, in line with our community guidelines.
We operate as a small, family-run business and, as outlined in our delivery policy, we’re unable to absorb the full cost of remaking personalised items when address details provided at checkout are incorrect.
