Expensive and a bit misleading Company…

Expensive and a bit misleading Company name Local plumbers but are only a company letting out work to a local contractor (no complaints with the plumber that attended) but the company seems to be charging London prices perhaps £82.50 per half hour with minimum of 1 hour to pay plus 20% VAT on top so minimum to pay is £198 for an hour which is a bit steep for certain jobs

Terrible service and workmanship

Terrible service and workmanship. Plumber attended to repair/replace a toilet flush and carried out a botched job, toilet still not flushing properly, all rubbish left in basin, toilet cistern and left covered in greasy handprints. Further 3 appointments missed to try and rectify this and now not responding to me - avoid these plumbers

Scammers

Scammers!
The plumber was here 20 minutes couldn’t fix the issue and cost me £200
Because I wasn’t informed that it’s a minimum of an hour - wouldn’t have cared if the issue was fixed.
