Very efficient and easy set up. Verification for extra security is a requirement but a quick process. I’ve not managed to utilise the online portal yet but it looks interesting

I have followed all the instructions and paid the fee in advance as requested. All I get back is that my ID documents are unclear or are the wrong format- this has happened about 3 times now. I have now received an email to say that the account will be suspended without a refund because I haven’t been able to pass the ID Fraud and money laundering checks. I have never had a problem with any other ID checks which leads me to believe this is a company performing a scam. They will suspend my account within 7 days and they require 24 hours to process each check. I am literally taking a clear photo of myself with my UK driving liscense registered to my address in the last 3 months as per their request for a photo ID and proof of address dated within 3 months. I have also provided pdfs of all documents including a bal statement - When I have asked for other suggestions they send the same response with the same request staying it is not clear enough or the wrong format. I would not advise using this company so far.

I purchased an online product which turns out does not meet my needs. The information on website was not clear. Upon immediate realisation and request to cancel you charged a £10 admin fee. This process is not fair in this situation and a reason never to use you

Cheque from HMRC not forwarded. I had understood that court and HMRC correspondence is forwarded. I believe I was "out of time" when requesting. Presumably my high value cheque was destroyed. Not happy.
