Very efficient and easy set up. Verification for extra security is a requirement but a quick process. I’ve not managed to utilise the online portal yet but it looks interesting

We’ve been using this company for our registered office service for some time and have found their mail‑handling to be reliable and efficient. However, our experience booking a meeting room at their Great Portland Street location was extremely disappointing.
We were not informed in advance that significant construction work was taking place in the building. On arrival, we discovered that the lift was out of service, which meant we would need to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor on the second day. Although the manager later offered to help, we were unable to reach anyone when we arrived with our luggage.
Throughout both days, the construction noise was frequently loud and disruptive, making it difficult to conduct our meeting. While the manager did her best to be helpful the situation itself was not something she could resolve.
When we raised the issue afterwards and requested a partial refund due to the disruption, we were told that we had used two rooms and should therefore pay more. We then had to explain that we had only booked one room and that staff had told us on arrival that we could use the second room as well. Rather than acknowledging the lack of a lift and the impact of the construction noise, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful.
Overall, while the registered office service continues to work for us, our experience with the meeting room booking was poor, and I would be reluctant to book a meeting room at the Great Portland Street site again.

Signed up for a registered office with mail scanning. Only to be told after I updated the company address on companies house that the mail scanning only includes mail from companies house and HMRC not the bank or any other post and to have that added on would be an extra £300+ a year. When I said that wasn’t what I signed up for they said tough so I tried to cancel and they are refusing to refund as they say I already used their address. It’s a very misleading service with extortionate hidden charges. I immediately changed the company address back when I found out about these hidden charges and basically only used them for less than 24 hours - no post went there. Seeing other reviews on trust pilot under their other name MYCO I can see I am not the only one this happened to - don’t make the same mistake.

I paid my renewal well before the expiration but kept getting reminders that my sub will expire. I had to email your admin attaching my renewal payment receipt confirmation to update your records; which I eventually got a confirmation. It would have been better to have your system updated automatically when renewal payment is received, better still, an auto renewal would have been ideal if valid payment details is present in your system.

SHARP PRACTICE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
To avoid any business disruption, I paid my renewal a couple of days in advance of the renewal date. A few days later I received another invoice for the renewal.
I contacted customer service and spoke to Deputy Team Leader
She told me I had taken a two year contract! I had not!
When I asked for confirmation of this 2 contract, I was just told we don’t hold your card details, so it’s not possible for them to renew it! That was it!
They clearly DO hold details as at no point did I request the 2 year contract nor did I authorise the second payment. Their system doesn’t offer two year options as far as I can see!
She went on to say I could cancel it, but there would be a 10% admin fee or I had the option to complain!
Hands well and truly washed of the issue and no effort to help!
Very unhelpful and poor customer support.
