I bought pack but it feels like water I can smell anything how can I return it bought at the carnival in Durban

I ordered the Evince London perfume and hair perfume from their Instagram page late night and the next morning it was sent out to me. It arrived very quickly quicker than I had expected as I ordered it on New Year’s Day and postage is always so bad at that time. The Evince London team were super genuinely great as they responded to my inquiries very well and informed me and kept me up to date with the sending process, from when they were packing. Sending it and when I would receive my package.
When I received my package of perfume I loved the way it was packaged and presented from the outside to the inside. They even had some chocolate bars in there which I thought was sweet.
As soon as I opened the outer package I got a whiff of the most beautiful fragrance come out of the box. It was such a sweet smell and I had to bring the package closer to smell it some more. The perfume bottles themselves where so lovely presented that I did not want to open them up. So I took lots of pictures then made my mind up to open them. And the bottles are elegantly simple. But I must say the perfume is something else. It can be worn on it own or I recon it could be layered with another fragrance but it is the best on its own. I would strongly recommend to buy it for yourself or as a gift for a loved one.

Ordered goods part delivered, no answer to emails very poor service going to contact credit card company for refund

I ordered perfume from their website a month ago and they never shipped it! I tried contacting them numerous times but they were useless! I would not recommend and I have had to contact my bank for a refund!

Was very unsure but the products are excellent !!!

Recently Purchased some items,(perfumes/nail polishes) and they were great! Delivery was fast and the products affordable, definitely recommend, will be using this company a lot more!

This is a very good product and makes an excellent gift for any female friend or relative no matter the age group.

I bought a groupon, with multiples as gifts and the value for money was brilliant. The delivery service was efficient, packaging was simple and effective. Although it would have been nice if it was in a presentation box rather than a clear plastic bag.
