Absolutely fantastic product but that's where it ends sadly! Customer services is none existent & as for getting your orders well it's a hope & pray! £6 for 3-5 working days delivery I ordered 26th Feb & still no order & also still waiting on an order 14th march. Even if you get the email saying it's despatched that's not true! No tracking numbers sent - I feel very frustrated as I love their product but sadly can never rely on when you are going to get them!

The products are amazing but sadly totally agree the customer service and delivery massively lets this brand down. £6 delivery and takes at least ten days to come, I’ve even paid next day and that takes 3/4. Just never know when it will turn up. If you wats app no one replies even though you can see they are online.

Awful customer service!!!! Everytime I order it never arrives so I have to Whatsapp them to ask where it is which they reply they are chasing it, I then hear nothing and chase it again and they say it will arrive ASAP they’ve resent it. I then have items missing.
There’s no excuse for it, happens everytime and I will not be using them again.

I placed an order on BOXING DAY, and still haven’t received the parcel (3/1/25). I have emailed and commented on an instagram post about someone replying to the email I sent and heard nothing. Then I decided to WhatsApp them, to which they replied it’s now with DPD ,then I received an email to say it’s with DPD just a few hours later, doubt I would’ve received that email if I hadn’t of messaged via WhatsApp..
Considering it’s around £6 for delivery, I’d expect it to be here within 3 days, even more so because the company is based in Nottingham. Parcels come quicker from China for cheaper.

Don’t have your delivery prices so high if you cannot deliver good service.

Honestly shocking customer service. I had 5 items missing from my order, its now been over 2 weeks and it still hasn't been resolved. Trying to get a reply from anyone is like getting blood from a stone.
It's a shame as the products are fab but the whole customer service let's the whole company down. I've had to now go through the bank to get my money back as they don't reply to you, and when they do they ignore anything you've said and say it will be with you the next day, which never happens.

The products are good, which is a shame as the customer service and order processing is shocking!
Every time I order using the mani club the order never arrives on time, and customer services are so difficult to get a response from!
Every time my order is late I have to email to ask them where it is, then all of a sudden I get an email saying my order will arrive the next day - which it never does!!!
