Packaged really well
But arrived 7 days before date asked for

Excellent delivery and a great choice of tasty meat

Ordered to be delivered today as it is my day off work. Hasn’t arrived - if it comes tomorrow it will be left outside all day and therefore defrosting so unusable

Fantastic butchers, not only is the meat top quality and very cost effective. The service I receive is second to none. Will always buy my meat boxes from here as they are simply brilliant.

The quality of the meat is just so good and very tender and suckulant when cooked!.

I heard about this opportunity and am very pleased to say the meat is of good quality and as I am a first-time customer there was a missing item from my delivery. I emailed straight away about my delivery. The Meat Box Company is high class and was very efficient at giving the refund. I will be continuing to use them again.

Ordered a box to be delivered Saturday but it didn't arrive (DHL had lost it). When I reached out to ask what would be done they immediately sent me another box. First box ended up arriving from DHL with the meat looking bad and had to throw it away. But the replacement arrived on time. Great tasting meat and great customer service.

Great steaks, fantastic flavour and super tender. These rib eye steaks are so much better than the ones you can get at a supermarket, and we got them when they had an offer so much cheaper than the supermarket too. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. They arrived very quickly and well packed.

Made an order which was delivered on time but with some items wrong or missing. Emailed the company and also left a message on the contact form on their website. It's been a week now and I've had no reply at all. Website doesn't list a phone number so I'm not sure how else I'm meant to contact them to get this corrected

Not sure I will be using Meatbox again . I ordered £40 worth of items , only received 2 small items with one being wrong . Then called up and didn’t get an apology just ‘ we have new staff ‘ . Then got the rest of my items but would have been nice if there was a sorry note or email
