Mike locked was uninterested in my background. Didn't ask about my medications or how I felt about networks. Didn't ask me about my needs. I had to pull info out of him like I was talking to a teen who had better things to do than to speak to me. He was vague, and uninterested in helping me understand Medicare.

I did a tremendous amount of research before turning 65 and going on Medicare, so I already had a pretty solid knowledge base. But even with all that research, there were still gaps and specific questions I was trying to sort out and couldn’t seem to get clear answers to.
