I guess I understand it was a one piece mystery box and in the name it's a bit of a gamble but I definitely didn't get even close to the value in which I paid. And it's an extremely over produced funko that any one piece collector would have and I'm sure u have a huge inventory to get rid of so why not send them out for more money than what they're worth to our customers. I won't be buying from this shop again. Thanks.

Ordered in July. Got delivered in late February, when other stores had them in stock.

ordered this one year ago December 2022 now just showing up February 2024.

Never respond have had several orders unfulfilled and they continue to sell on amazon what I preordered almost a year ago. run this company is horrible

This is the best company to buy from if you want your Pops to arrive in perfect condition. Not only are they always in plastic protectors (even cheap ones), but they still pack the box to ensure everything arrives without a scratch. And they also have the greatest sales!

This is a scam funko site. I had placed 2 orders with this site, one in June 2023 and one in November 2023. I never received my stuff for either, ive reached out numerous times after i was supposed to get my refund for my June order and i still have not received my money nor a response. Opened disputes for both orders, waiting on my money back.

Preordered funko but it was never delivered, could not get any help from customer support months after they missed delivery date

Cancelled a pre-order long before anything had to be done with it and they still charged a 15% cancellation fee. "It's policy" they said and wouldn't budge. Scumbag move. Also, found out too late, they have a "F" rating on better business bureau and lots of poor reviews elsewhere. Do a search. No idea why this site rates them so high.
