Wish 0 stars was available. Would never buy or recommend buying from here. Coming up on 2 years of no response or movement from my package. And the review tells me I can’t have a complaint past 12months. Well maybe if they sent the product in under a year I wouldn’t have to complain over a year later

I had placed an order since december and just got it last week. I had tried to cancel it and the next day for some weird reason they sent out the order when i didnt waant it anymore and wanted a refund. Also the image was not the same as what i received.

The pop showed up in perfect condition. Thanks

I was promptly helped with a preorder that has taken time to be shipped but was explained the reasoning why and also a time frame of when the completed package would be shipped. The best thing for me was there ability to be able to ship off what they had in stock of my bundle, i graciously decided to wait for the entire bundle because it would be so much sweeter to have them all in one shot. But great customer service and great attention to customer issues with reasonable solutions and answers.

I ordered these last year around March I wanna say and then there was no valid tracking for the pops. So I waited to see if I was to get an email and nothing. Few months ago I tried to email for my money back cause I found them in the store and was told these were on the way and they arrived Monday.
