This place sucks!!!! buy your item. Anywhere else Sent me a defective item and will not take responsibility for it. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. I’m having to get my credit card company involved to get my money back for something they sent to me defective. They don’t honor their return policy and quickly throw it back to the manufacturer. Beware!!! I purchased from you you’re responsible to deal with the manufacturer not me!

Almost 2 years to fulfill and order….?
Order on May 16th, 2021. As of February 17th, 2023, I have only received half of my order (which arrived damaged).
Trustpilot won’t even let me select the date from my original order, that’s how long ago it was

I pre-ordered the Iron Maiden set in December of 2021. They came out in April of 2022 and I did not receive even an email about them. Zero communication to me without me first engaging. I received them piece by piece from September through December and eventually in February had to ask for a refund because I still was missing one.

Made a preorder- the items were not shipped by the expected date after a year of waiting. No updates or notice, and customer support on the website was rude and unhelpful. They have a 15% cancelation fee even though they did not meet the sale on their end. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The item you ordered had an expected date of 1st qtr of 2023. We don have a 15% cancellation fee every preorder we receive is a binding agreement to the product. We order the units from our manufacturer depending on how many orders we receive. If you cancel we are stuck with the item.
We are a small business and can't afford to inventory unplanned items.
