I've noticed there only good review thinks they installed a drive way says it all. My experience of using this app was a nightmare and now once again I'm lumped with it.

Staff pleasant and helpful when you spoke to them and query dealt with but could perhaps have been done a little quicker or without quite so much discussion and correspondence.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. TMC now seem to have removed the normal UK Service Desk number form their website and instead replaced it to a link to just the International Numbers, which fails to list the UK. I phoned the main number, to be greeted by the worlds rudest employee who said 'It is there' and 'it's a VERY easy number to remember'. Not to mention, that you can't do anything on the website without first confirming all your details are correct, and if they aren't you can't change them anyway.
Given the choice I wouldn't use this company, but unfortnately I don't have much of a choice in the matter as it's part of my contract. At time I feel it would be just easier for me to pay my own fuel and not have to deal with this sytem.

Not a great experience at all
Not a great experience at all.
50% of the team are lovely, helpful and take time to resolve the problem.
It's the remaining 50% I have concerns over. I have been lied too on multiple occasions and believe it was to just get me off the phone as I was an inconvenience to their day.
Unfortunately I don't have time to distinguish who is and who isn't telling me the truth.

Clunky non-intuitive interface

Spam SMS messages remind you to complete mileage even when you don't have any.
Payments don't get made with no communication from them to advise why.
Awful system. Find a different provider.
