Try again... as the shop owners previous reply had inaccuracies. This might be that he is unsure how to liaise with customers who come in with their assistance dog. I'll go through procedure at the end.
Shops have a duty of care to people with assistance dogs by law.. shops are required to allow people with assistance dogs in. They are not pets...they are there to accompany disabled people, they are a tool to help disabled people in their life....

I called to have a battery replaced in my watch... he saw my assistance dog, and asked me to leave while he fixed the watch. I pointed out his leads clearly displaying he is an assistance dog.. still he asked me to wait outside, so as to not cause trouble, I did wait outside. He brought it out and gave me change. The issue is not with the shop in general, but customer service. I understand not everyone likes dogs, however to make someone stand out side is unacceptable...fortunately it wasn't raining, it might be the owner wasn't aware of correct procedure...

A business owner can ask you to take your dog out if it's just a pet....once they've ascertained it is in fact an assistance dog, the owner has to leave them alone, making them go outside is a breach of disibility discrimination laws...The Equality Act 2010 says that you must not be discriminated against... it might be the shop owner was not aware of the above, in which case, I forgive him for being unaware. I hope the owner will bear the above in mind when dealing with people who have assistance dogs in the future. I hope he will, but I however doubt it.

Iv used these guys twice now,once for a new phone screen and once to repair charging connection ,both times they have got my phone back up and running very quickly,friendly and at the right price.My no 1 place for anything phones wise 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Best phone case i’ve ever had! i HATE thick heavy protective phone cases but i ordered this to give it a try and never had a case like it. SO lightweight but still protective, beautiful colours. customer service is quick response and very helpful. Couldn’t fault this company. highly recommend.

I was looking to buy one of those casetify cases with the sand in that flows, found this site and case was delivered quickly, priced very competitively. Would buy again at these prices got my eye on the AirPods cases haha!
