Two major things:
1) The account manager, Ian, is over the top supportive. He really helped me get the role posted and candidates moving through our pipeline.
2) The TALENT at TMP. I have yet to see this caliber of talent in another recruiting platform.

Very talented recruits. Smooth, personalized process.

The Mom Project not only helped me locate the talent I needed for two roles in a short period of time, they also helped highlight candidates who were a good match for me, saving me time in the screening process.

Ease of use. Responsiveness from support team. Was able to hire a great Marketing Specialist.

Great experience from start to finish! Courtney, our Senior Account Executive, always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. Each contractor we have brought on from The Mom Project has been excellent and a real asset to our team!

Appreciate ease of the platform from posting to interviewing to hiring.
One suggestion is to make the system allow multiple people to zoom in for interviews. We had to set up our own zoom so 4 of us could join for the interviews.

Kim was a real pro and amazing to work with.

Alli Nillson was so responsive and helpful through the whole process. I was not happy with my candidate which was unfortunate but she did do everything she could to accommodate me and help me through navigating the entire process.

The formatting of the resumes was so awful I couldn’t read half of them. Their software would cause huge misspellings (like accounting and bookkeeper) and the formatting would place columns on top of each other making the resume not legible. When I asked about it I was told it was a known issue and I could email my rep and ask for a better copy each time. I passed on many great looking candidates because I’m not taking the extra time for that. I did not feel like TMP was concerned about how they were presenting their talent to employers or that it was something they were urgently trying to fix. It was very unprofessional and I will not be using TMP for additional job searches.

Better candidates than competing services. Good communication and scheduling.

I am grateful for having to opportunity to obtain a Google IT integration with Python certification through the Mom' Project. This experience allows to identify another potential I have. Thanks again Mom's project.

I recently had the opportunity to collaborate with The Mom Project and Dreami. It was truly an exceptional experience. The team was extremely talented and adept, providing top-notch customer service from beginning to end. They were quick to respond to all of my inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and am honored to have been a part of such an amazing program.

I like The Mom Project as a concept, resource, and alternative to Indeed and LinkedIn, but I feel that some jobs are recommended to me that do not fit my experience. I also would like more resources for resumes, interviewing, etc. I have been using The Mom Project for almost a year and have not even been asked for an interview from any of the applications I've submitted to the positions I've applied to.

The mom project makes it easy to apply for jobs. I understand the job market is tuff sadly, I have been applying since April and haven't landed anything as of now. I wish there was a way to communicate with someone.

I applied for the Google cybersecurity professionalization certification and was able to take the 8 course for free. They are excellent overviews of cybersecurity with hands-on labs for specific tools and datasets used in the field. After listing this on my resume along with other cyber coursework, I was offered a great job as a cyber threat analyst. I can't thank the Mom Project enough for investing in those who have been out of the workforce but have so much to bring to the table!

I like how The Mom Project gave me an application status email updated. It made me trust The Mom Project a little bit more!

Amazing people, such caring staff made this program such a breeze. I am so grateful! This has been a one in a lifetime experience. In 6 month I have obtained a Google IT Support certificate, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much!
