The Mom Project supported
The Mom Project supported me in learning Platform App Builder and sponsored for my certification. I am willing to Project Management and in process to reaching out to them for the same. And I am sure that I will receive their help for the same.
Many moms like me who are willing to upskill should reach out to them. They are very responsive and responsible in supporting us in every way they could. Kudos to the team.
The Mom Project scholarship program…
The Mom Project scholarship program allowed me to get my Data Analytics certification. This confirmed my interest in data analytics and has encouraged me to further increase my skillset while I am hunting for a job in the field. The Mom Project's partnership with Career Circle has been really beneficial! The check-ins kept me accountable and I am now working with a recruiter from Career Circle. I would have never had these opportunities or experiences if it weren't for The Mom Project.
My first mentor was a bust which was…
My first mentor was a bust which was really sad because, on our initial call, I was very excited to work with her. Nonetheless, my current mentor has been absolutely phenomenal. I feel like I have a plan and a direction.
Mom Project has been a wonderful…
Mom Project has been a wonderful resource for me. I have been provided amazing opportunities with excellent companies that align with both my personal and professional objectives.
I was honored to participate in the Mentorship Program
I was honored to participate in the mentorship program. I mentored two outstanding women and hopefully, I was able to impart some guidance to them,

Barely any communication letting me know what’s going on for redeployment. The experience now is much different from what I was told on the initial call. It’s been months.

I have not had a great experience with mom project. The roles posted never seem to come to fruition and I am not aware of any contact there to ask for assistance or follow up?
Tailored, ease of use, For Mom’s
I think that it’s an easy UX, you offer value in the connections, programs, and roles that appeal and are seeking mutually working Mom’s.
The program head never bother to answer you..
I was admitted to Mom Project Mentor Program. My mentor never conducted a single session. Wasted my time almost thrice and never got online. I requested to change my mentor and never heard back from the program coordinator. I am highly unsatisfied and would never recommend to anyone.
Truly fantastic experience! Thank You, The Mom Project
Pam was amazing!! She was so personable, intuitive and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate her so much and I’m so grateful for this opportunity to have worked with her. This went above my expectations. :)

My experience with The Mom Project was the collaboration amongst so many wonderful women.
The Label Creation Team at Roche Molecular Systems, Inc.
The Label Creation Team at Roche Molecular System, Inc, is a warm, welcoming team that is open, transparent, values and cares about your input and is willing to openly answer any questions. RMS at the Branchburg, NJ site is a wonderful place with a very friendly and professional staff. At no point did I feel neglected, siloed, or abandoned at any point in time as I tackled my way through the Legal, Regulatory, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Roche's Standard Operating Procedures. Along with guidance from my Supervisor, Ms Erin Kraemer, and the rest of the Label Ccreatiion Team, I felt confident in my growth in my ability to meaningfully contribute to Roche's immediate and long-term goals. I would very much welcome the opportunity to return to Roche and continue its stellar objectives. A super Thank You to the Mom Project for finding and recommending my value-added skillsets to Roche.
Not a great experience
Agree with the other reviews on the Mom Project. The only good thing was probably the 'Mentorship program.' but scheduling sessions and maintaining continuity is a challenge.
Things are only good when you have an active contract
I completed two assignments and things had been going great, but when I got the 3rd contract and the company ran out of money after only 5 weeks, no one would help me from the redeployment team. I want to get back to work, but the jobs being posted on the site are less and less by the week. I’ve started to look more on Indeed and ZipRecruiter because I want to get back to a contract sooner than later. I’d love to get another contract via TMP, I think it’s an outstanding organization but it’s not working for me right now.
Poor job transition help
What went well-on boarding, interview process
What didn't:1) in just 2 years, had 3 HR tool changes, including payroll. Had a minor pay disruption but was resolved. 2)CW aka contingent workers are treated like 2nd class citizens at Meta. there were times, I didn't feel like i was part of the company. I wasn't part of meta or mom project/pro unlimited.3) Had very limited contact with Mom proj/pro unlimited during my 2 yrs. only got emails and no personal follow ups 4) Zero termination support. I reached out 2 months before my contract ended and got minimal transition support. after my contract was done, I got a phone call but that was it!! terrrible, i would think an emp that lasted 2 years at meta would be helped to find their next job.
The Mom Project is fabulous
The Mom Project is fabulous, I am so happy at Deloitte and hugely thankful for everything TMP does. Going back to work in the US after a 15 year stint in Paris has been daunting, but TMP has not only helped me with getting the work, but also to do so under my most important role of being a mother. I’m so very proud to tell my colleagues that I found my role thanks to TMP, especially because the question almost always gets followed up with “So, you must be a mom, then?” And I get to say yes. I couldn’t be happier because TMP lets me identify as a mom first 😊
I tire of being ghosted....I apply and…
I tire of being ghosted....I apply and hear nothing, no feedback on why an application is not successful. This is especially frustrating for those applications where I am asked to submit more information via DocuSign and am told my application has been forwarded to employer and I even may have a pre-interview with a Mom Project recruiter who, after all this time, is unfamiliar with me as a candidate. Then complete silence.
I was matched with a fantastic mentor.
I Have Arrived
"You have arrived." These were the words that affirmed my transition as I made the decision to take the Google Project Management Course. I appreciate the well-rounded support of the entire team at The Mom Project and Career Circle. There are many who say they are serving the community ... there is a difference when the services provided actually come from those who BELIEVE in those who they are helping.
Minimal follow-up
Minimal follow-up, no initiative for finding potential fits or setting up interviews - have been waiting 8 months for "redeployment."
