From the bottom of my heart, I genuinely can’t even put into words my amazing experience with Jack and Naz. From start to finish the communication was fantastic, any questions (no matter how crazy) were answered thoroughly, any worries/issues were always immediately put to rest. I will never go anywhere else. As a first time buyer, if you’re puzzled and don’t know where to start- the answer is Jack. Start with Jack. He made this process SO easy, from start to finish seamless. As a first time buyer, I was encouraged to speak with many mortgage advisors but I can honestly say Jack was by a clear country mile the best. In fact I don’t even think there could be a comparison. The offers he got me were far more competitive than any others I was offered. I always thought applying for a mortgage in a house buying process was the hardest part and Jack took all that away and made it the easiest. I might be crazy saying this but I genuinely think Jack could charge considerably more for his services, considering the mortgage wizz he is. I’m genuinely so pleased to have had the pleasure to work with Jack and I will continue to shout from the rooftops about how amazing he’s been. I can't recommend Chris and Nasreen highly enough. They have provided really helpful and knowledgable support to us as we narrowed down options and arrived at a decision - and then were always on hand for follow-up questions.

Mortgage Mentors were excellent specifically Chris & Nasreen (Naz). They handled my 2 buy to let mortgages and I was so impressed that I offered them another ie total of 3. Communication was excellent especially when dealing with complex mortgages and they took on the role to resolve any issues that occurred on the way and went beyond any expectations.
