We used Mountain Rescue for our recent return transfer from Grenoble to St Martin de Belleville.We were arriving and departing on different flights which wasn't an issue.Booking was straightforward and communication excellent.Both the drivers we had were very pleasant, punctual and we felt safe.On our return trip we had to take a slight detour to avoid the farmers blockade of our route to the airport. This had all been factored in in advance.
I would certainly recommend them.

Managed to say wrong flight arrival time but Roz had checked and was safely waiting for me on arrival. Great service and had a great chat on the way. Have used for number of years and always reliable.

Mountain Rescue Transfers were used via our holiday company Alpine Answers. The booking process was extremely easy. The price was good. Communication beforehand and on the day was excellent. The staff were prompt, visible, organised. The bus was big enough and the drivers very friendly and safe. I would definitely use them again.

They were fab. We had a complicated set of transfers with people arriving on different days/times etc then all travelling back together. The whole thing was amazing. Even with heavy traffic on the main roads, our driver, really carefully, found back roads, side roads and ways through. They drove so well and thoughtfully that my Mum didn’t get car sick, which is really unusual. Cannot recommend them enough. No stress at all- amazing text and email communication. Quicker, too to get there and back, because they can take local routes closed.

What more could you ask for from a transfer company?

Excellent service, great communication and flexibility. Simon is really responsive, even late at night when we had a last minute change to our arrival airport. The snow was really heavy on our way to resort with lots of vehicles out of control on the mountain road, our driver was calm and reassuring and put the snow chains on in minutes, we can’t praise her enough. Also great car seats which the drivers knew how to fit - in our experience this doesn’t happen often! We will definitely only use Mountain Rescue for our transfers in the future.

We have used Mountain Rescue for 6 or 7 years. Service is always great, good communication, competitive price, always been on time and drivers are courteous and helpful. This year's Jan trip was no exception and will be back to the Alps again with Mountain Rescue in three weeks.

Excellent service! In my experience, transfer is the most problematic and nerve-wracking part of vacation. This time it was most nicest and calmest part of the trip. Friendly and helpful drivers, perfect timing, good communication with the company. Definitely would use again. Highly recommended.

We have used Mountain Rescue for several years for our ski transfers from Geneva. We are always a group of around 20. Simon is super helpful during the organisation of the transfers and the communications for the upcoming journeys. The transport is always spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The drivers are polite, safe and make our journey easy and enjoyable. They are always prompt and get us to our destination in a timely manner whilst always accommodating us for comfort breaks etc. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our transfer needs. Highly recommend.

We used Mountain Rescue for the first time for our return transfers from Geneva to Les Arcs 1950. Communication was excellent, we knew what to expect when booking and received full details of pick ups and driver contact details for arrival and departure.
