Quality over quantity of choises

Had a problem with receiving my order , so I emailed Murbel : received a response within a day expressing regrets and a concrete solution. 3 days after my order with amazing phone cases was in my hands. The quality of the image on the phone is incredible. The touch is so soft and nice. My phone already fell twice since my pourchasse and has not even a scratch. Definitely ordering again ! Thanks to the team that obviously care about their clients !

I ordered one phone cover, nothing arrived in 4 months

I ordered one phone cover at the beginning of June and today, 19th of October, I have not received it yet. I am in touch with customer support, they seemed to be nice which is not helping me to get what I have ordered. I tried to get back my money again, because I have not received anything yet. I hope I will get money back.

Ordered on 24th September

Ordered on 24th September. Took 1 week to receive a shipping notification, which has a tracking number that is not recognised by the service used, has now been two weeks since ordering, no updates on tracking, cannot get hold of company at all. Tracking number still unrecognised. Have emailed and chased and messaged their social media but zero reply. Do not order from them.

Highly recommended..

Still didnt get my order

Update. Still didnt get my order. I'm still waiting for a second phone case. I was promised that there would be a shipment soon and everything was no longer responding. I wrote an Complaint for ptac. Now everything will be dealt with officially UK ICC.
So, I placed an order for phone cases more than a month ago, and both of them arrived defective. They sent two replacements, but only one actually arrived. I left a review, and they messaged me saying the second one would arrive soon and that if I removed my review, they would refund me part of the money. I received a refund for one case. Some time has already passed, but the second case still hasn’t arrived. The case I did receive is also so so quality – I’ve only used it for about a week, and it’s already all scratched up, even though my phone hasn’t been droped..
