Horrible

Horrible, do not order from them. I placed an order 9 weeks ago, kept emailing for an update. They kept saying 3-7 business days. As nothing was coming I requested a refund and they kept ignoring my emails. Still no update

Avoid AvoidAvoid

I ordered the wrong size case by mistake. The website clearly states they accept refunds as they want customers to 'shop with confidence' yet when I followed the instructions on the website they replied to me to say they do not accept refunds. Pretty sure that's against consumer law, declaring a certain policy but not abiding by it. Avoid and buy a Burga. Burga also have a warranty. Their customer service is also second to none.

If you are considering buying these…

If you are considering buying these phone cases - don't. Seriously. I was on the fence about getting one and ended up ordering one. It was not good quality. The inner layer of the case just falls of the outer layer, leaving the phone exposed. The case has a thick black layer all around in the front which is really irritating to look at (I want to be looking at my screen not at the thick layer covering 10% of it). The photos on the website don't show this. Thinking about returning anythig? Don't bother, they do not accept returns despite the website stating so. So disappointed.

I ordered a phone case from Murbel on…

I ordered a phone case from Murbel on June 11 and paid extra for shipping protection. The tracking showed it left the origin country on June 18, but after that, there were no updates for weeks.

I only received tracking updates after a far few of emails back and forth with Murbel, who did respond quickly. They eventually confirmed the parcel was likely lost, offered to reship the item, and even included a discount code for a future order. The original parcel ended up arriving in Australia on July 25, over a month later.

The phone case was fine, but the long delay, lack of initial tracking updates, and uncertainty made the whole experience more stressful than it should’ve been. I appreciated the support team’s help, but I’d be hesitant to order again unless their shipping process improves.

THE MURBEL IS BEYOND DISAPPOINTING

RE: Order #MUR119425

The order was placed on 07 June 2025, then it was 'apparently' shipped on 10 June 2025. It's now 21 July 2025 as I'm writing this and still have NOT RECEIVED my order. Customer service is useless, tracking provided hasn't even moved from Lithuania. This site/company is a SCAM - THE MURBEL IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY FROM THEM AUD$81.60 gone/donated to scammers!

UPDATE: order from 07 June 2025 has been delivered today 28 July 2025.

Respectfully, this has been one of the unfortunate purchases I've ever made and spent more than $80 on. The items are poorly made.

Airpods Case Issues:
• the snap-on enclosure won't even fit/align properly
• cheap double sided tape to ensure fitting with airpods

Iphone Magsafe Case:
• first of all not compatible with magsafe charging
• yellow staining as encircled and overall doesn't look like the photo on the website
• cheaply cut out magnet at the back

Overall, would never buy from the murbel and would not recommend.

Appreciate their team for reaching out and trying rectify the situation but in all honesty, it has been beyond disappointing.

Ordered beautiful cases and a screen glass protecter. Cases are good quality and beautiful designs! Colors are vibrant nd they came in a beautiful pouch! I had a problem with screen protector but the costumer service was extremely kind and helpful. Problem was resolved quickly. Great price for great deal. Can totally recommend!

Wouldn’t give me a return!

Ordered the wrong sizes, asked for returns information as they state on their website that the “gladly accept returns” in their policy online, with nowhere saying they only accept returns for faulty items which was their excuse when they refused. i replied to them informing them that this contradicts their policy, its been two weeks and they have not replied! Dont waste your time time, the customer service is so terrible and the cases are okay, nothing different from any other place! Not worth it.

Edit: It’s honestly laughable that Murbel claims this review “does not reflect the full situation,” when in reality, they are conveniently omitting the most important part.

I emailed them on 23/06, I received no response for an entire month. Then, suddenly on 22/07, they replied, but only to say they’d offer me a return if I considered removing my negative review! That’s not a resolution — that’s blackmail disguised as customer service. They also offered me a discount code as resolution that is offered to anyone who buys cases anyway! I don’t see how they “offered multiple resolutions” when they ghosted me for a month after saying all they could do was give a discount and never responded to my questions about honouring their return policy.

Then, to try to silence my feedback in exchange for finally following their own return policy is laughable. This kind of manipulative tactic is not only unprofessional — it’s disgusting.

I stand by my review. And honestly, their reply here only proves my point!
