I have ordered the Savanna Jewel case a matching ring holder, on arrival I could immediately see that both have quite different colours one is red and bordo. The case has also arrived with scratches and little defects. This makes it feel like the quality of the product is not that good.

After contacting the customer service I do want to add they they were responsive and returned me the cost for the ring.

My package was lost on the way, but I contacted Customer Support and they resolved it! I got the case, I love the design and even though I had to wait a bit longer, I am happy with the way the Customer Support handled it, thank you :)

I am super happy with my new case. It looks really nice and seems very sturdy. The case is relatively thick, but I think that’s just how it is with armoured cases, and this way, I can at least have trust that my phone is safe. And it still looks elegant and pretty.
