Easy purchase, delivery a bit longer than expected but customer services were responsive and helpful. Quality is good, elegant and strong.

Love the colours of the iPhone cover I ordered from Murbel, but their logo on the cover is slanted and off-centre, plus the cover detaches easily from the black skin beneath it.

The case feels sturdy and looks great. It protects the phone well from drops and scratches while keeping a slim profile. Highly recommend!

Already ordered several times at Murbel and only once I had problems with the covers. however the brand was super helpful, we found a solution to the problem and still gave a discount code to use in the next order. Of all the cover brands I’ve used, it’s still my favorite, the covers have an incredible quality and the phone is really protected!

At first, I was worried to order phone cases because none from my friends never tried it also but it was the best decision! It was my first time ordering from here but not the last one for sure. It’s not only looking good on the phone but it’s also really protect the phone. Keep going :)

The phone cases I've ordered are of an excellent quality, really impressed for the price (4 for 2 deal). Shipping took a while but once they had been dispatched they were delivered within 48 hours. Very impressed, would order from them again.

The phone case looks terrible! Flimsy & crappy. I think I could find better on Temu/Shein. I’ve contacted customer service & awaiting response. For the price I would expect MUCH better!

Accidentally ordered the wrong sizes for 2 cases as they were a gift for my sister, immediately emailed the customer service to amend, the email was ignored, no surprise the wrong sizes turned up, company refused to accept a return or an exchange and after arguing and asking to see their so called terms and conditions they could not produce them. They have now accepted a return of the whole order but accept me to pay to do it and I don’t even want to return the whole order, only half but honestly I’ve just wasted close to £50 and I’m so disappointed that this company had the audacity to lie to a customer.

Ordered a phone case on 28th May, received an email a few days later to say it’s on the way with a tracking link. Tracking page was in a different language so had to use CHAT GPT to translate. Turns out no shipment found. I’ve emailed and messaged via their Instagram page and received no response at all!

Would like a refund but no one to speak too.

After waiting 3 weeks I finally received the case! It's so beautiful!! The customer service never abondoned me with the status of the delivery caused by the local post office!!

I had an undelivered phone case after quite a long time waiting on delivery and I was initially frustrated with this. It took a few emails back and forth, but in the end I felt satisfied with Christen
(Head of Customer Support Team) and received a refund for the undelivered case. Make sure when ordering you request email confirmation of your order and at minimum a dispatch notice (
(eventhough I think this should be automatically given and assumed) this would have saved both parties a lot of confusion and frustration.

Great phone cases! Durable and pretty. Overall happy with my order. Just a shame the cases don't each come in their own velvet pouch, i had 2 cases crammed into a pouch and it doesnt look great when they are gifts.
Unfortunately have scratched after only using a few times, i have contacted the company but no reply

Looks wonderful, very durable. Costumer support helped alot with delay in delivery. Made sure I got my order asap and were willing to resend the case/ refund my money. Thankfully the order came in eventually so that wasn't needed
