Do not order from them

I have placed an order in November.
I have been waiting for weeks but the order was never sent, I have contacted them a few times from their website, and numerous times by email. No answer whatsoever.
Last week, I had to go to my bank and report the fraud as they have taken my money but never sent the items. I have been refunded since.
Appealing!
All the good reviews seems strange as this company doesn't even reply or contact the costumer when they are wrong. Not even an apology. Doesn't seem to be legit to me....
I do not recommend this company at all. Order #1304

Personable and great customer service
Kirsty was great and incredibly responsive when there wasn't an explanation/email to why I didn't get any delivery notifications after a few days. Initially I thought it was dodgy but it was due to the fact that she wanted to wait for one of the Itchy Baby Co bath soak which I appreciated and she promptly refunded that back to me and sent the other Itchy Baby Co bath soaks 1st class and it came a couple days after. Her response felt empathetic and personable, definitely be shopping here frequently for the Itchy Baby Co bath soak because they're so hard to find in the UK. And it worked like a charm with my daughter bad eczema condition which is amazing, honestly a miracle like she never had it!
