There was no way to include a message with my purchase so when my nephew and his wife received my gift they had no way of knowing who had sent it. You could check out how Amazon does a gift message. But other than that the gift was a hugh success. They loves it

They never even made my order, tried to tell me I don't understand
Would give them 0 stars if it was an option. They never even made my order. Kept giving me the run around. Promised to get it out expedited shipping, but never heard from them again. Expected delivery date has moved back over half a month and going to miss our anniversary that we were celebrating. Having to file a payment dispute with them now so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
This company waited until I disputed the charges to try and scramble my order out the door. It was shipped out well after the estimated delivery time so it will not be here on time. It is the 12th now and the item isn't even in the same state I'm in.
To be clear, I ordered this item on 2/26 and they confirmed it on 2/27, it is not my responsibility to make sure their website accurately estimates processing, shipping, and handling times. I will like wise not accept any excuse as to why I have to file a payment dispute to hear back from a company that has already exceeded the estimated processing time many times over. The complete lack of communication, obvious problems with production, and the absolute disrespect to try and tell me that I'm somehow not understanding of your situation despite the fact that your company never even communicated any of this until I had already filed a payment dispute means that you absolutely deserve that 1 star rating.

Sometimes, when a piece fails QC, it has to be redone, which will cause a delay. We are very focused on delivering quality products, and the slightest flaw in processing means it will always be redone.

I'm based in the UK and ordered 2 of the same Night Sky gold foil prints to be delivered to 2 family members in the US. It was an easy order process, you get an option to review your order before it goes to print and can then track the progress along the way. The were both delivered ahead of the suggestioned timeframe schedule and the familly members were blown away with how beautiful the prints were. I was sent pictures and it looks just like what you see on the website. I'm jealous that I don't have one myself now - highly recommend!

The shipping time was estimated to be between 8 and 11 days on their shipping options. Instead, it took nearly an extra week and arrived late. Whatever your shipping option says, add at least four days to it.
