e-mailed help email address given, as requested, received a completely useless response alluding to where there might have been multiple failed delivery attempts without actually stating factually that there were failed attempts. I know for a fact there have been zero attempts. bot asked me to resend delivery address and all correspondence attached. This is what I originally sent, I cant help it if you bought the entry level AI bot that cant detect attachments or read the contents of an e-mail. Everything it asked for is what I sent already. So now what?

I give these to my grandchildren mapping the night and moment they came into my world. Something they will have forever, I hope.

I love my Night Sky Black Onyx in Silver Bezel. Fantastic customer support! Unfortunately, I had to return the chain (it was a bit too short for my neck), but the money were refunded as soon as they received the returned chain. Great customer communication all the way as well. Recommended! A++

Beautiful gift , would highly recommend

I'll admit I was a bit reluctant to purchase, I'd seen the Night Sky advertisements on Facebook and loved the Idea but thought it won't be that good. I read other reviews and took a chance, ordered the Night Sky of my 1st grandchild as a gift for his parents at Xmas. It was delivered prior to expected date, I had seen a file of how it would look during the creation stage, and was kept up to date every step of the way on the progress of the order. When it arrived I couldn't wait to open it and see what I had paid for and was absoutely wrapped with how it looked completed. I have to admit is was beautifully created and exceeded my expectations and the recipients are over the moon with their gift. Very pleased and highly recommend to anyone considering a Night Sky purchase. I bought a framed print which also comes with a pdf file detailing the constellations, stars which can be printed as a little booklet. A wonderful package.

Ordered two star charts, leather bound option, as gifts. Received them pretty quickly in plenty of time for the occasion. Quality was excellent. Recipients liked them.

I bought as a birthday gift for my adult daughter. She loved it. I ordered the 12x12 dark blue back-round with constellation on her day of birth. I framed it myself with a plain black frame. The paper quality is beautiful and top notch, the color is gorgeous and the design is as well. I definitely recommend this for that special someone.

We created a custom wedding gift for our dear friends (destination wedding).

Our daughter had a "big" birthday coming up. and we were at a loss as to what to get her as a suitable memento. We settled on a Night Sky map from the date and location of her birth. She loves it, and it is now hung in pride of place in her living room. The order arrived in good time, despite the Christmas rush, and is of excellent quality.

It had everything I asked for in it came early and even got extra art that I didn't know I was getting would buy again.
