Neat poster
My husband loves the poster. I took it to Michael's to purchase a frame for it. I wish there had been a big red letter warning that the background "scratches" very easily. I don't know if I could have avoided it and you don't notice it in the frame. I can see them, but I know they are there. The girl at Michael's said matt finishes always scratch easy. I did not have any experience with this before.

My experience was so good! It is a little pricey but so worth it. My girlfriend and I love the night sky and so giving her a poster of the night sky on the day and place we met was perfect. It even made her best friend cry when she saw it!!

Bad quality necklace. But great customer support resolved issue
Update: customer service reached out to help regarding the broken necklace. Experience with customer service was exceptional and overall I was pleased with the pendant.
Original message: Bought a night sky pendant and paid extra for the necklace. The necklace was about 70 Eur extra. Necklace quality was very poor and ripped at the slightest pull. In my case it got caught on a sweater and ripped. Then it ripped again as I was checking the quality in my hands.

I purchased a custom star map from TheNightSky.com and, while the idea is great, my experience was disappointing and not worth the premium price. Overpriced for the actual quality; the product looks nice in photos, but the materials and finish don’t justify the high cost compared to competitors. Worst choice if you care about customer service, reliability and value for money.
