I laughed a bit when lifting the shield because it’s heavier than expected but in a good way. You can feel the layers of wood and the metal work feels authentic, not stamped or thin.

Bought an axe and two hairpins. The hairpins are from Ali Express and sold at almost ten times the price.
The axe looks to be of good quality. But while i didn't really think it's made by Norwegian blacksmiths or anything, since the shipping policy says any customs charges are the customer's responsibility, the least you can do is be open about where its shipped from (Pakistan) so i know I'll pay almost double

I ordered a Christmas present for my other half, took weeks and weeks to be delivered and thank god I checked it on arrival and didn't just wrap it because it came and the case was covered in mould.
Won't be purchasing again, so much money for absolute heartbreak when it arrived.

Don't feed these kind of stores. If they don't list their address and present the manufacturer, it is just a scam like everywhere. Cheap chinese crap sold for big money. No wonder a hand made knife from Poland (legit stuff) costs as much as a car.

Less than 1 star! An absolute DISGRACE, ordered a cloak with a certain lining…. What arrived can only be described as a long black napkin! Have emailed 4 times at this stage with ZERO reply as I just want a smooth return transition…..
Please note the website says they will refund store credit….. why would I want to allow such shallow shoddy paper thin quality to steal my HARD EARNED WAGES???? My father won’t have a Christmas gift….. want to return ASAP and have been trying to since Thursday and have followed all instructions because where “the item was sent from”…. “Is not the return address” apparently….. but I only have 14 days from the day of delivery to return……. And I’ve been trying to return from the second I felt the weight through the letter box….. for €80 of an individuals hard earned income….. where is the responsibility? I need the refund in order to purchase a different gift…… I’m so let down and have ZERO faith in this company and after 4 days of attempts to “make a return” I’m still left with a shitty napkin with a hood….. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY PREVIOUS EMAILS….

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to report that the delivered item, Viking Fur Colour (€150.95),
The product does not match in appearance, fabric, fur, shape, Lining and even the buttons are totaly different. Additionally, the item appears to be an inexpensive, mass-produced Chinese product (the packaging even contains a sticker from China).
I also found the exact same item on Alibaba for €18,91 which further confirms that the quality and value of the delivered product are not in line with the price I paid.
Given the situation, I kindly request an appropriate solution, namely a full refund of the purchase amount (€150.95).

Dear Sir/Madam,
Regarding order #NW7175, I would like to report that the delivered item, Viking Fur Colour (€150.95), differs significantly from the photos and description on your website.
The product does not match in appearance, fabric, fur, shape, lining, and even the buttons are completely different. Additionally, the item appears to be an inexpensive, mass-produced Chinese product (the packaging even contains a sticker from China).
I also found the exact same item on Alibaba for €18.91, which further confirms that the quality and value of the delivered product are not in line with the price I paid.
Given the situation, I kindly request an appropriate solution, namely a full refund of the purchase amount (€150.95).
Note: If the seller takes responsibility and issues the refund, I am happy to revise this review accordingly.
Best regards,
Rob Jacobs

I ordered 2 Knives.
The quality of the items I received were not worth the price paid.
The actual blades looked mass produced and like a school metalwork project. Not hand crafted as advertised.
The sheaths were made of plastic. I don’t think the Vikings were that advanced.
If you do still want to order items from this site that is about as Norse as your average Chinese restaurant. Be really sure you want the item.
Trying to return and get a refund is all but impossible.
There are no addresses or phone numbers on their website to contact.
There is no information on where the alleged Artisan Craftsmen made the items.
The only communication is by email.
Customer Service is very polite and quick to respond, but ultimately pointless.
Be comforted knowing they will never enter the Halls of Valhalla

I purchased “leather” arm bracers - total crap made of stringy pvc. Total rip off - china is popping these sites all over social media right now. Conmen.

Anyone who thinks this is quality or authentic are seriously deluded basically a middleman for temu. I hate how they say authentic whens its made in china sold by morrocans who have set a company up on companys house lionico. Be like going to a authentic Turkish bath house and food ran by a chinese family in spain.
Cheap Chinese Tat
Avoid this company! The hairpin I received was nothing like what was advertised, different colour, really crap ‘quality’, cheap and nasty.
Didn’t even open the plastic wrapping, sent photos as requested and now being asked to return the item to China (at my cost). Such a cheek! Now referred to PayPal for a refund and Cathy, if you’re reading this, feel free to send my refund and I’ll delete this review!

The craftsmanship on the knife I ordered is quite good, and the design feels authentic. However, the shipping took longer than expected, and the packaging could have been sturdier. Overall, I like the product, but the experience wasn’t perfect.

Product is terrible quality and the same as you can buy on Amazon for a third the price. Based in China, took 20 days to deliver to UK and you have to pay to return to China (not advertised).. I expected them to be a proper brand but just a website selling China factory tat. Save your money. All that saves them is the customer service do actually engage with emails.

Ring never came and they will not give me a refund. Awful customer service. Awful company
UPDATE - they still will not give a refund even when asking multiple times

Bought a knife off their site, advertised as handmade quality items,
Bs, made out of pure chinesium and nothing handmade about it, the leather sheath is actually made of somekinda compressed newspaper like material with a fake leather looking film on it
The wood on the handle, if it is wood , is allright but the metal pieces, are pisspoor smelted mass produced china crap
Shipped from happy fun time hong kong or something
Paid 100euros for something worth 10,max.

DO NOT! Order from this company. They are cheap knives that are drop shipped from China (customs value on the form is £1.50 per item).
They are heavy but not vaguely sharp, even CHEAP knives are sharp to begin with.
I ordered 3, 2 arrived with damage to the blade, the 3rd was the wrong size. No reply from their customer services other to say if you haven’t heard from us in 24 hours, get back to us. I have, now just being ignored.
On a good note, the leather cases seem quite nice, and probably worth more than the knife, not sure why anyone would use one in a home setting, but each to their own.
Do some research, as mentioned they are shipped from China, from a Chinese company. They also DO NOT arrive within the delivery times stated.
Sorry to say, you will have a long wait, just to be disappointed, and then go through the rigmarole of trying to return:-(

Orderd a t-shirt in 4xl , it doesn't even fit my 11year old . Very poor quality. Sent emails asking about how I return to get a refund and haven't heard back . It wasn't even cheap .

I would not even give a one star,
Did not reveice my order.
Writing emails to them is hopeless,
Don`t be fooled when at first it will seem legit,
I have a tracking number and all but no updates for the last month or more, all they say is - "sorry this has happened" and that they will send a "replacement".
Now all i have is two useless tracking numbers and lost money that i spent for this "handcrafted" bulls*it, that`s all it is, sorry.

I never received my order. Emails are no longer being answered. Hopeless! They claim they’ll ship the items but don’t, even though tracking numbers and all the details are in the email. They said I could keep duplicate items if they ever arrive, but nothing has come. It turns out the products ship from China, even though they present themselves as being based in the UK. Sorry, folks—stay away!

This is a totally misleading company. They have a Uk address but their goods come from China, and if you have to send anything back, you have to pay to send it back, tracked, so about £10.
The item I received Single Should Pauldron £44.94, described as ‘adjustable leather straps’, ‘a piece of art & history’ ‘made by blacksmiths & artisans’ was actually cheap leather look plastic which you can get of EBay for a faction of the price. This company needs to be reported to Trading Standards for mis-advertising. Do Not Accept to get what the pictures show.

Very unhappy with the quality of the bracers that I have received. Shipped from china and obviously machine cut, even though advertised as high quality artisan craft.
I am disgusted that the company is trying to pass off a Norse genuine background.
Rip off avoid!!!
