Setting up a new account.

I wanted to set up a 1-yr ISA with funds from my NBS Access Account, but wasn't sure if this was possible. Your colleague dealing with my query was very well informed, and immediately reassured me that she could set up the account that I wanted. Excellant service

I went in to the office and the two ladies were busy but a young man in a glass fronted office saw me and asked if he could help. He was brilliant. He opened a new ISA for me as my current one was about to expire so I couldn't deposit the 2026 allowance in it. He explained various options to make certain I was sure it was the right account for me. Fantastic service and he was very welcoming to an old dear like me.
