I just popped in on the off chance to…

I just popped in on the off chance to arrange an appointment and was told that I could see someone straight away. The last client was just leaving the office, so I was able to rearrange my finances by a very competent member of your staff.

West Bridgford Branch Top Notch Team!!!

Alan Clarke standing in for John at the West Bridford branch was simply fantastic - always cheerful and incredibly helpful. John whenever I dealt with him has always been brilliant - forthcoming and most obliging. Excellent customer service

The member of staff at the Belper branch, who opened my account was friendly and professional. He took me through the various options, but also listened to how I was going to use the account. He made the process quick and uncomplicated and I left with my pass book inside about twenty minutes. It's great to still get this kind of personal service.
