I was unable to go to the branch as I was recovering from an operation, the staff were extremely helpful and did everything remotely for me,

Cheryl was very helpful and informative…

Cheryl was very helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble. She even made us a cup of coffee!! which was very nice. She talked us through everything in order for us to make an informed decision with our accounts. Well done Cheryl.

Sky the member of staff at the Retford branch, discussed all aspects and options for investment thoroughly with us.
When we had decided what options we wished to take, with consideration and patience she helped us implement them.

Fantastic Customer Service from the Grantham Branch!

Excellent efficient service from the team at the Grantham Branch. I opened an Annual Allowance ISA which was fully explained to me - lovely friendly service including a great cup of coffee! You don’t get that online! So nice to be able to walk into a branch in my home town & to be greeted by knowledgeable cheerful ladies - they are a credit to the Society.

The lady in NBS bulwell was very…

The lady in NBS bulwell was very helpful. But I had telephoned the bulwell branch a few days prior to visiting the bank, the man I spoke too, was rude, unhelpful. Due to this I desided to close and withdraw most of my children's money out of NBS. If he had of explained what else NBS could of offered and not of been so blunt/rude. Then i would off moved my children money into another NBS account. Now their money is in NS&I and they have won x1, which worked out to be more money than a bank would give interest in 12 months

I have been a member for 30 years as are my children it has such a lovely,warm atmosphere and staff are amazing
