Excellent friendly staff

Excellent friendly staff. Use of passbooks much welcomed. Good, traditional structure of business model, much appreciated in a time when rivals drive customers into online or apps they are not comfortable with.

Great service

Called in at the Dereham branch to update mine and my husbands account books, my husband opened a new ISA from his matured ISA account, had my accounts updated then opened a new ISA using money from my savings account. The customer service we received was excellent, the lady talked us through all the ups and downs of those accounts, we were both very happy with the service we received

Staff lovely nothing too much trouble …

Staff lovely nothing too much trouble explained everything but the biggest plus for me is that you can do what you want in branch because I do not want to do my financial business on line

Saving’s Account

Very Friendly-Courteous and Polite Staff, made to feel welcome and Sam was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. The Customer Service was second to none in the Chesterfield Branch and I can’t praise them enough.
